I have never written poor reviews, but I had to put my thoughts out there for prospective customers to be aware of my experience this time. We hired Scrub to clean our house in Center City Philadelphia in early July. The house did not look like it was cleaned at all: the udersides of the toilet seats were not…
Jessica did such a good move- out cleaning job. She even got spots like between the oven and counter. Amazing :) She was also very kind and attentive to my concerns, it was a great experience overall!
Great job and wonderful person to work with for this job. Appreciated her nice temperament and attention to detail.
Madison was my cleaner and she did an incredible job!! Friendly, thorough, and listened to my needs! Would highly recommend:)
Chelsea and Janet were amazing! So thorough, asked for feedback. Chelsea even vacuumed the walls!
Great service. Shawn S. did a good job and was very professional.
Hired scrub for a move-in cleaning and they did a fantastic job. Jessica was very thorough and efficient. This definitely helped alleviate some of the stress of moving.
I was really looking forward to getting my new house cleaned before moving in. Unfortunately the level of detail provided was absolutely atrocious after said cleaning was complete. Areas of the house were found with dust and dirt and clearly were not touched at all. When I expressed wanting my money back the…
We recently had our apartment cleaned cause we were moving out. And Michelle did a great job and believe me it wasn’t an easy task at all!
Gina and Kelly cleaned our place today. We usually have a problem with dog hair and dust given we have two dogs. The place is spotless after the clean. Gina was very responsive via text and let herself in. This is the best clean I have gotten from the company.
Always such an amazing job! Julie and the rest of the Lilac team are my ABSOLUTE FAVE! They pay such great attention to detail and remember how I prefer my apartment cleaned EVERY SINGLE TIME! I'm so happy to have had them available the pastu few times I got my monthly cleans! Love coming home to a pristine…
Brittany and Mandy were prompt, professional, polite, and did an amazing job on our move-out clean. I think it's even cleaner now than when me first moved in! I will definitely be using their services again.
Their staff were excellent at communicating their policies and procedures, letting us know when they would arrive, and what challenges they ran into during the cleaning. When we inspected the house, they did a fantastic job with the bathrooms, kitchens, and even paid attention to the baseboards in the house.
Very nice thorough cleaning - the apartment looked great! Thank you!
Amazing job by the team. Quick, efficient and an amazingly thorough job.
We have used Scrub on and off for years - move in/out, deep, and scheduled cleaning. Yes they're more than other agencies, but the employees get things like benefits and workers comp - fair, insured labor is important! We always go back to them, knowing that any issues we have are quickly resolved. If you can get…
Scrub residential cleaning services were great. They were on time, thourough, and very pleasant. Loved the way the house looked and smelled great. It was sparkling. Would use again. Thank you Scrub.
The service and end-product was great. What I really appreciated the most as a property owner was receiving updates throughout the service. It put me at ease to know what was happening in the moment. Highly recommend this great service!
They did an immaculate job cleaning our house for new tenants. Their price was reasonable and they were responsive and easy to work with. We will be using them between tenants moving forward.
Excellent and efficient! Kept communication open and very easy to work with. Also arrived exactly when expected. Not to mention that the house looked shiny and clean after. Would recommend.
