Scrub! has always done an excellent job in my house for our monthly cleanings. Been using them on and off for almost 5 years. Timothy did a great job cleaning my apartment. I'm very satisfied with his work.
I’ve been with Scrub Cleaning since 2019. I have great experience with the manager and have had pretty consistent cleanings over the years. I appreciate that if something isn’t right that they really take in the feedback and make things right. For the last several months I have had the same team member and she…
Rogette and now Janet have been coming to clean our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for over a year now and every time they leave it spotless! From our range, to sparkling sinks and bathrooms to our living room! Sweeping/vacuuming by yourself is one thing, but wiping down counters, bathrooms, floors to dusting…
The cleaner did a fantastic job. My home looks and smells great. Thank you Scrubs for sending a nice polite and professional person.
These guys did an amazing job, could have not been any better. Were considerate of our stuff, and the general circumstances - could not have been nicer. We are looking forward to having them again!
Janet, did an amazing job job cleaning our house
Michelle has been cleaning my apartment for the past 6 months, and I can say it's been the best investment I've made in awhile! She does a fantastic job- I always know my home's going to look amazing when I walk in the door.
Shawn did an amazingly thorough job on our place recently: covered all the bases like floors and counters, but also hit so many details like glass interior door panels, the inside of trash bins, and neatly placed slippers under the dresser. It felt like we came home to a luxury hotel.
Janet has cleaned my house several times now and always does a fantastic job!

We’ve been very happy with Scrub. Communication is great, very consistent with scheduling and any that has done our cleanings is professional and pleasant!
We've been using this service for years and have been really happy with them! They do a great job and we usually have the same team/person each time. Our main person, Janet, is wonderful! Always does a great job and is super friendly. Have recommended this company to others.
Jessica was great! Her attention to detail was appreciated and my apartment was spotless after she left!
Consistant, professional work. The same team of two cleaners comes each time and they accommodate the specific quirks of my house.

Marsel went above and beyond cleaning our home! Thank you!
House is so so clean and they were incredibly kind to our pets and understanding of our work from home needs. Excited to have them back!
Jennifer was so thorough. I don’t think our house has ever been cleaner.
I've been using Scrub for a few months now and I'll never go back to cleaning my own place! I've used a few cleaning services in the city before, and I've always been left disappointed by the quality of the service for the price that I'm paying. This is definitely not the case with Scrub. They do such a fantastic…
1000% satisfied! I have had home cleaning services for over 30 years. By far Scrub Cleaning is the best!
The scrub team was fast and thorough, they cleaned our entire condo and accommodated our work schedule. Would hire again!
I used this company twice for 2 recurring cleaning appts. My first appt, (and first professional cleaning ever) was an hour in and out. I thought that seemed pretty fast since it was only one person, but my place obviously looked better then I had left it. I noticed over the next day or two random spots which were…
Great cleaning by Samantha! Kitchen spotless.
We had Jessica M do a standard cleaning in our one bedroom apartment, and she went above and beyond! What a fantastic service, and great communication for our first experience with this company. I was working while she was cleaning and she wanted to make sure she did a thorough job and meet our needs and had easy…
Pedro did an incredible job as always! Sparkling house and professional service.
Great first impression. Good value and nice to have Scrub Cleaning working often in the building at Dalian on the Park. They left the hardwood floor and surfaces sparkling and clean. The team even made the bed. Great attention to detail for a standard cleaning.
We’ve been using Scrub Cleaning and Gina ever since we moved into our house and we love it. Gina is a great cleaner who does a wonderful job every time. She’s very efficient and always has a great attitude when she is here, she is also a cat fan and is always happy to see our cats despite them being the biggest mess…
Pedro and Renetta were both very good. House looks very clean now.
They were on-time, friendly, professional, and the apartment looks awesome. I had work meetings and they respected my space and worked around me which I really appreciated!
Update: I continue to use Scrub; gGina is a real professional, always going above and beyond. My home looks beautiful! The gold team was exactly that—solid gold. Thank you!
We've been using Scrub for regular cleanings of our rowhome in Old City for several months. The pricing might be a bit higher than other options but well worth it with the staff and overall professionalism here. We've had a few technicians and they've all been great, in particular I think Jerlyn has come most times…
I have always had a fantastic experience with Scrub! Cleaners. In particular our usual cleaner Gina goes out of her way to make sure our cats are comfortable. Our home is always both 100% clean and lovingly arranged. Our decor, books, pillows, etc are always arranged with thoughtful care. Our appliances are…
What a great experience! Came home from work and our apartment was sparkling. The bathroom was *chefs kiss* -- so clean! Jessica did a great job and was very professional. Would recommend this company to anyone and will be using in the future.
My wife and I have been clients of Scrub for a bit over 6 months. We started just before we had our first child, figuring that having a cleaning service would help us stay a bit saner with a new child at home. It felt like a bit of an indulgence to pay for cleaning at the time, but we have been very pleased with our…
Great experience with my first cleaning. Chose Scrub after a relative recommended the service. Online portal made it easy to schedule and pay. They were on time and communicated well via text.
The Scrub team - both at their office and in our home, have done a fantastic job for us for over 8 years! The scheduling is always handled smartly and flexibly. The cleaning is professionally & efficiently accomplished with smart & thoughtful attention to detail. My wife & I highly recommend Scrub Residential Cleaning!
Gina and Kelly cleaned our place today. We usually have a problem with dog hair and dust given we have two dogs. The place is spotless after the clean. Gina was very responsive via text and let herself in. This is the best clean I have gotten from the company.
I walked into my house and felt the most incredible sense of peace! I could not possibly be happier with Scrub, their responsiveness, and their skills! Thank you so much!
In depth and thorough cleaning. Very responsive and professional. Chelsey was fantastic
"Mark was great. My bathroom floor and tub/shower was not cleaned. I think it was an oversight. Mark and I had great communication while he was here. Didn't notice till he was gone. Mark is great and I would like him again. "
Jerlyn is the best! She always does such a great job cleaning our home. She goes above and beyond. Very happy
There is nothing better than coming home to a clean place. They do a great job, always on time, always communicate quickly, will accomodate any little extras you need. Great communication and great results.
We love having Scrub come to our house once a month to clean. Our house always looks sparkling and it makes everything so much easier to maintain the rest of the month. Jenny H. and Gina T. are our team and they are always polite, prompt, and efficient. Thank you!
Lindsey and Marie always do an incredible job on my apartment. I have two very curious cats who must constantly get in their way as they work, but Lindsey and Marie are always so sweet with them — they even brought them gifts at Christmas time! Their work is always thorough and it is truly such a weight off my…
Absolutely great service!
The team is great. Responsive, thorough, on time, with excellent customer service!! Can't recommend them highly enough.
Always such an amazing job! Julie and the rest of the Lilac team are my ABSOLUTE FAVE! They pay such great attention to detail and remember how I prefer my apartment cleaned EVERY SINGLE TIME! I'm so happy to have had them available the pastu few times I got my monthly cleans! Love coming home to a pristine…
Friends referred me to Scrub! and I could not be happier with their residential service! First clean was a deep clean and now they come every two weeks. The prices are affordable and worth every penny. Two different teams have cleaned my place so far, and I have been thrilled with the service, value, friendliness,…
Very happy with our bi-weekly cleaning service from Scrub. Very thorough and the staff is super nice.
Sad to say I did not have a great experience with Scrub. At first I thought they were doing their job ,but it turned out that after further inspection they never cleaned basic areas such as bathroom counter tops and floors, base boards, vacuuming couch (lifting cushions). AND, these were services I specifically…
Our house has never looked so good! Will definitely use again!
fantastic as always! <3
Terrific job again from Gina T and Michelle B!
Scrub has been great for us over the past almost 2 years. The cleaning crews and office staff are all a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!
Was so well done!
I had my first cleaning with Scrub today and they did a great job! My house feels so fresh thanks to Gina and Michelle. The communication was great, the team arrived right on time and the cleaning was very thorough. Looking forward to my future monthly cleanings!
Brittany and Mandy did a phenomenal job. They were able to clean the grout in the shower that I just had assumed was a lost cause. And they were so thorough- cleaned under the couch and got all my son’s missing toys out (and I’m sure some other surprises too 😬). They got areas that I wouldn’t have expected for a…
The team at Scrub is amazing. I have been using them for 3 years now and they are really flexible and always do a nice job. i am always pleasantly surprised by how an amazing of a job they do. They rock!
Lindsay and Marie did a great job! The apartment looks great! We love using Scrub because it is so easy to schedule and pay online. They send email reminders and make the process seamless, and the team always does a great job.
The Scrub team has provided stellar quality service to my home for months. As the quarantine constraints lifted, they provided stellar instructions about how to prepare for their first return visit. As I worked in my guest room, the team diligently scrubbed my home. It was great to see the spotless floors,…
Highly satisfied with Scrub Residential Cleaning. Pleasant and thorough. I will be using this cleaning service monthly.
Great experience! Gina and Jenny showed up on time, were professional, and followed COVID-19 protocols. They cleaned quickly and left the house feeling great. We’ll definitely be using Scrub! Going forward.
I’ve use Scrub for a few years now and they are reliable, professional, and well priced!
I have used this company twice and highly recommend. Everyone is professional and prompt with their communication. Gina and Jenny are great and have been sweet to my cats. The company does not use toxic cleaning supplies so everything is safe!
We have used Scrub on and off for years - move in/out, deep, and scheduled cleaning. Yes they're more than other agencies, but the employees get things like benefits and workers comp - fair, insured labor is important! We always go back to them, knowing that any issues we have are quickly resolved. If you can get…
My house is sparkling! I’ve never had cleaners with such attention to detail and they were so kind with the dogs. I can’t wait for my next cleaning!
These guys did a great job cleaning almost every corner of our two story apartment, which is definitely not easy as we have multiple pets. Brittany and Mandy were really careful with our belongings but were still thorough with their job. Would definitely use them again.
UPDATE: used scrub cleaners again this time for a full apartment move out clean. They did an amazing job at getting the apartment spotless. Highly recommend this company for both routine home cleaning and full move out cleaning! Both of the cleaners were very friendly courteous. I was working from home while they…
Gina and Jenny did a great job cleaning my apartment. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!
House needed a good cleaning that I just haven’t had the time/energy for and Scrub! definitely delivered! Worked quickly but thoroughly and my house looks and feels great now.
They left the house looking awesome!! They were also very accommodating for late add on services. I would highly recommend!
Scrub does a great job every time! I've had a number of their teams come though and all did a great job, but I always call Gina and Jen the dream team! They are quick, very thorough, great with my dog and super friendly. Management has always been great, too, when I've needed to reschedule or cancel, Tabitha is…
Crystal and Anissa were wonderful! Our house looks and smells great, and they were both very friendly and easy to work with. Please send them back for our cleaning each time!
I am blown away by this cleaning experience. The team handled everything that bugs me about my house when it gets just a little bit dirty, without having to ask. They also somehow miraculously cleaned the inside of my oven in a space of only a couple of hours. Simply fantastic and I highly recommend.
The gals that came to clean our apartment were fantastic! They did an amazing job, were fast and paid great attention to detail. I will absolutely use Scrub again!
The admin team at Scrub is always responsive: they give an arrival window on the day of and have never missed it. The team texts about 30 minutes before they arrive. They are always incredibly friendly and efficient: the house looks brand new after they clean. The day they clean is my favorite day of the month.
Scrub’s communication is great right from the start. They confirm everything in an email and respond back if you have any issues. This continues when you sign up as a customer. The cleaning crew contacts you on the day of cleaning and if there are any areas for some extra care/attention, they are on it. The…
Easy to schedule and did a great job
