Sears and David have done most all of our repairs through our warranty with American home shield. We have had exceptional service with both. David is friendly and personable; his assistant is likewise. I would highly recommend them.
Fast service and super nice and knowledgeable technician.
Took 3 1/2 weeks to do a five minute job. Technician came ordered the part and I have not seen anyone for 3 1/2 weeks until today September 13. Service is terrible.
He knew what he was doing and did it efficiently. As for clea up, when he left there was no trace that he had been here. Also, he was very polite.
David does what it takes to get the job done right! Thank you!
The repair men were great. The service scheduling was terrible. We waited 3 1/2 months for the service man to actually come. If our machine had been completely broken down, we would have been going to a laundromat for 3 1/2 months to do our laundry.
