The two repair technicians that came to work on my upright freezer were fantastic. ((*****HOWEVER, Trying to speak to somebody at Sears in customer service was impossible.. ***)))) I’m thankful I got the technicians that I did, they were great!!!
Charles was great but repair was substandard. Refrigerator and freezer still do not get cold, after 20 hours. Customer service is also very poor due to not being able to talk to a live person, everything is AI.
Tech was excellent. The AI was the worst I have ever had to deal with. Remove AI and allow customers to talk to a LIVE person. Your scheduling was the worst I have every seen!!
Jorge was great, in and out in less than 30 minutes. Working great. Working through texts with updates on scheduling appointments updates was terrible. This part of the service needs work!

Kevin was more helpful than two other techs who came previously. I now have a way forward to get my refrigerator working properly.
