Last two technicians were wonderful, very pleasant and cleaned up work space before leaving my home. The washer works great without any issues. Fortunately I have a 5-year warranty on my washer so I did not have to pay anything for the repair. They replaced the actuator and one other part I can't remember the name.

The repair tech was friendly and he explained what he was going to do. It ended up that the repair was going to cost as much as buying a new wash machine so I declined the repair and the tech showed me a wash machine that was on sale at Lowes.
