Easy scheduling but terrible service from untrained people with poor cleaning supplies. This company is merely a scheduling agency for independent cleaners, where each cleaner independently bills you over Venmo. I learned how independent when a cleaner severely damaged my wood floors and I filed an insurance claim.…
Each cleaning team has done a great job. I’ve been using their services for a few years now. Our house always looks great when they’re done!
Team Jackelin Montoya Flores cleaned my apartment on a move out — and it was a huge job, but they did an AMAZING job. Worked incredibly hard, and made it beautiful. I cannot recommend them enough. Perfect!! I tried them again for my new apartment on 2/28/25, and Yesenia came and she was ALSO utterly amazing, so…
During my recurring cleanings, I've noticed varied performances among the cleaners. While some do a good job, others truly excel. Because of the consistent overall quality, I've decided to continue using their service. ---- As an update to my prior review, the quality of service has severely declined. They can't…
María Carmen was phenomenal! She did an exceptional job at helping us clr apartment during our move. She left the space extra clean and tidy. The apartment looked move in ready. We are grateful for the help and allowing this move to flow smoother. We definitely recommend service with Maria and Seattle’s Green…
I had Danyelis do a very thorough move out clean for the apartment I rented for three years. I was very impressed and the unit managers said it was as the cleanest they’d ever seen anyone leave an apartment when they moved out. Highly recommended
Siany and her team were great! Punctual, fast and the house looks amazing. Will use again. Danyelis and all other crews we have had continue to be excellent!
I'm nothing but happy with the work that they do on my house every week! Grace and Patricia and the others have all been phenomenal!
There on time and kind, and they do a great job. I’ve used them probably six times now, and I’m turning it into a monthly thing just cleaning, but they make the beds very tidy and fold up the towels and make everything feel like I’ve stepped into a hotel that is my home. ❤️. My latest was done by Alulu, and she was wonderful! Love it.
I had a great first experience with Team Angy. Great continued experiences with Jeimy Doncel. Everything is clean and refreshed. My place feels so much better. I will definitely continue rescheduling for future services.
A very responsible group of cleaning people, who do a very good and thorough job. Always on time, and follow up after a cleaning, to make sure they did a quality job. I would highly recommend.
Great service, especially from Edda!
Gabriel was prompt, professional and did an excellent job on the move-out clean of our college son’s apartment.
Very simple and easy experience! Marisol was friendly and did an excellent job! Would recommend!
Gabriel cleaned my two bedroom two bathroom condo to perfection. We have two dogs, one of which sheds nonstop, and I came home to an absolutely spotless/hairless house. It was perfect!
Grace did an outstanding job with our cleaning. Place looked amazing once she was done. Very professional and worth every penny.
Jeimy has been cleaning my 1bed apt in downtown Seattle for 6 months now and has always done a great job. She is always on time and professional. Thank you Jeimy for your services!
Alulu did an amazing job and was so personable! I was able to keep working in my home office nook and the place better than it has in a long while.
Yensy was exceptionally great cleaning our small apartment. She was great at attending to detail. Our place sparkled!
The last two years have seen a lot of renovation work on my house. The work finished up recently, and I brought in Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy to help clean up all the dust and help restore my house so it felt comfortable and clean. Alulú did a fantastic job. They were quick, professional, and regularly asked me to…
I had my 1 br apartment cleaned by Gabriel who was OUTSTANDING!!!!! I'd give 15 stars if I could. The cleaning was so far above and beyond what I expected I'm thrilled and would absolutely consider having a cleaning again. I have company coming the next 2 weekends and figured it'd be nice for them but this just blew me away.
This is a great cleaning service. They are easy to schedule with, always on time, and always leave my apartment spotless!
Friendly, punctual, and always professional, I highly recommend Green Fairy for home cleaning services. We were super reluctant to get a cleaner but with busy work schedules and a mutual love of a clean space, we decided to just try it out. Jessica did an amazing job with our home and really went above and beyond…
Danyelis did an amazing job! My apartment is super clean. She took care of every little details and made sure everything was as I expected. Will definitely use this company again!
Jessica cleaned my shower and stove way better than I ever could have! She also did my spiral stairs along with everything else. Very impressed!
We recently moved to a new place and hired the Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy for a deep clean, Edelin Jaime did great job and we are happy with the results.
Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy always sends amazing cleaners. We have been so happy with the work that Jeimy does! She has a real talent and was able to get a makeup stain out of the bathroom that we had been working on for days. Honestly, I don’t know how she does it! Whenever we get our home cleaned, we feel like we live in a hotel!
Jessica did a beautiful job! I didn't really know what to expect because my apartment is always picked up and clean to the eye. I keep noticing extra clean areas I didn't realize needed cleaning! Jessica was so friendly. My home looks and smells clean and fresh. I am very very impressed, and will be scheduling again soon. Thank you!
Maria did a really good job cleaning my 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. Everything is very clean! I was very impressed and satisfied with the results :).
Aura came and cleaned our small apartment and did a great job! It’s never sparkled so much in here. She was prompt, professional, kind, and friendly to our cat. We’re so grateful to have a clean apartment again!
Gabriel got the house spic and span looking just like the day we moved in. Awesome service
Gabriel was our cleaner, he was right on time, very friendly, and stayed more than an hour past his estimate getting everything done. Hasn't been this clean since the day we moved in.
Team Edelin Jaime is very personable. She aims to please and will make sure that your experience is a pleasant one. I feel after the second visit we had a better understanding and worked together. I love the cleaning fairies. I have already set up my next appointment. You should try it yourself!😉
Cleaning is done well and in time
Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy is a great company! Our cleaner Gabriel made our home spotless and beautiful. He is always on time and does an amazing job. I will always use this company for my home.
Angy was great! She was on time, professional, thorough, and friendly. I will be setting up recurring service for sure. Update: since my first service I’ve had other cleaners come too (like Yensy today), they’ve all been the same level of professional and through. I am very pleased with this service 👍
Wonderful service! Jeimy did a wonderful job and went above and beyond even with helping me carry things to my car. Good job
Amazing service! My place is the cleanest it’s ever been, Jessica was so great and thorough. They were super responsive and were able to make it on short notice. Will never use another cleaning service in Seattle!
Shout out to Angy Viviana’s team! Such a pro, so worth it.
My cleaning fairy, Edelin, was wonderful! She was on time, friendly, communicative, and very hard working. Would more than happily use her services again! Outside of Edelin, my interactions with the business were very easy. Would hire again!
Great cleaning, Edelin was amazing and very helpful. The company is very good at communicating which is very valuable.
Aura Elisa Cobo does a great and thorough job!

Green cleaning Fairy did not disappoint. Our apartment was left spotless. Gabriel Castillo was super thorough and did a fantastic job. I’m so glad I found this company! Looking forward to our next cleaning.
It was great! Gabriel did a very through job.
Idania and her crew did a deep clean of my house today and I could not be more pleased ! Housekeeping is NOT my thing and the house desperately needed cleaning. All rooms look great. I had a couple of requirements and they handled them easily. I would highly recommend the service.

The cleaning Laura did this morning was perfect. I'm very pleased with the work she did -- everything sparkled and met all my expectations. On time, all supplies provided, everything looked great, and super fast. I was really impressed, and highly recommend Seattle's Green Cleaning Fairy services!
I used them before, prior to my wedding when future in laws were going to stay at our house. We were in a panic and had so many things to juggle, it was a life saving move. Wanted to give a shout-out to Yensy! We felt she went above and beyond to make our house look as clean and nice as possible. We will definitely be requesting this company's services again!
I had Siany for my move-out deep clean and the service was incredible! 10/10 service. Alulu does an amazing job and the place always smells and feels great when she's done. Would highly recommend.

Marisol and her team was amazing at deep cleaning my unit. Hired them for a move out clean and was very impressed by the quick service and the attention to detail. Will definitely hire them again!
This service is great! Anna R and jeimy both did a great job. They are thorough and get it done without direction. They know what to do. Easy to schedule and good value. Importantly, this company does not make you do a $500+ deep cleaning before starting their services which is great. They will just come and do what you ask them to do for a decent price.
Mrs. Jenni's work was all professional , she did an excellent 👍 job , was respectful and very kind . I was very pleased 😄 .
I have used Seattle Green Cleaning many, many times and every time, with out fail, the work is beyond excellent. The house/room /area is literally sparkling. The ladies were very courteous and respectful. I felt very comfortable inviting them into my home. The home looked sell worthy when they were done. Seattle Green Fairy recently cleaned my apartment and Jeimy did a wonderful job! She was respectful of the space and my place has never looked so clean!
Siany and Velma were very efficient and left my home sparkly. They hit my problem areas (baseboards and carpet on the stairs) very easily and were unfazed by my noisy but harmless little dogs. They took initiative to put away my clean dishes and deep clean my gas range (a chore a despise but always need to do) & my…

It's so nice to have the weight of the stress of cleaning taken off of my shoulders. Marisol did an amazing, thorough job and I cannot recommend the service enough. Thank you Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy and Marisol!
I cannot recommend this amazing business enough. From start to finish, everyone has been so kind, flexible, knowledgeable, and supportive. Shout out team Idania Sarela. Broke my arm and couldn’t clean, they had my whole place spotless in under an hour!
No showed twice now. Once after repeating saying they were on the way and once with no communication. Nearly always late when they do show up. Unwilling to do anything to make up for inconvenience of no-showing. Would not recommend
This was first time I used this cleaning service and they did an absolutely fantastic job. I will definitely use them again. I would recommend them to everyone!
Super responsive and communicative. Jhewel did a terrific job. My apartment has not been this clean since I moved in and with the amount my dog sheds, it was no small task! I also appreciated Jhewel's flexibility cleaning around my work from home set up and my morning meetings ♥️ thank you!!!

It was breeze to text and schedule, I’ve never had that easy of a time communicating with cleaners because of the way there’s always someone in-between who isn’t very present. I tried Green Cleaning Fairy for the first time and paid for a "deep clean" service, which was double the price of a standard clean. All three cleanings were absolutely *fantastic*. I am truly grateful for this company. They are *really* responsive, and it's cool that you get a…
We've found this service in the summer of 2021. They offered a deep clean of our space that was significantly cheaper than other local green cleaners. We've used them every month since then. They always communicate changes on their end are flexible when we need to change our appointments. If you want an…
I have utilized Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy's services twice as of the writing of this review and have nothing but great things to say about this business. Some key takeaways from my experiences with them: Communication with the dispatcher has always been highly responsive and accommodating for services required.…
Amazing. Top notch. Great customer service. On time. I had to reschedule a few times and they were always so flexible. Really appreciate the time they take before booking and when cleaning (SPOTLESS). Hands down will continue to book with them! Both times so far have been exceptional.
My cleaner Carina Perez Vasquez was very nice, made our place feel nice and clean, and was able to work around me while I work from home. I also appreciated that the green cleaning products left my home smelling nice without all the chemical smells. The appointment needed to be moved back half an hour but that…
1. They do NOT use green products. In the cleaner's bucket was Ajax (super non-green) and other toxic products. There was nothing green or eco friendly about this cleaning. 2. They didn't show up during the 7 - 8 arrival window as planned. a. They changed appointment to 11 - 2. b. Then they said the cleaner had a…
Carina was awesome! I’ve had a few others come to clean our house, but each of the others left things misplaced, didn’t focus on the details, or had some little thing that was just missed. Nothing was missed here. Great job!
I have used this service twice and really love them. They are easy to schedule with, decently priced, professional and they do a great job. Aris Gonzales was fantastic!
Very satisfied, clean as if new
Booking online was super easy, their prices were very upfront, and the cleaning was AMAZING! The BIGGEST of shout outs to Team Ana Lucia Lopez for making my apartment sparkly again! Life has gotten unexpectedly busy for me lately and it was beyond refreshing walking into a clean apartment! Thank you so much Ana!!!
HUGE shout out to Elvia from Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy!!! We initially hired Elvia to do a deep clean of our 4 bed house and she did an amazing job. She took her time and made sure every part of the house was thoroughly cleaned. One month later we hired Elvia again to clean our house after we moved out. We were…
Aris Reyes Gonzalez was timely & professional. She left my place sparklingly clean. Never a complaint with Seattle's Green Cleaning Fairy.
Idania and her crew did a wonderful job on my place. I was surprised at how amazing everything looked when finished. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend.
I tried a few other cleaning services but none of them cleaned quite as well! I feel like the money is well spent and I enjoy coming home to a clean house. It’s really helped with my work load
Gabriel was amazing! My kitchen is the cleanest it’s been in ages.
Shout out to Siany Rodriguez 🧚♀️ for consistently making my home feel fresh, clean, and comfortable. I always look forward to her visits.
We have a regular monthly cleaning through Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy and we’ve been really impressed and happy with their service. Our last cleaner, Carina Perez Vasquez, was very thorough and diligent in doing an excellent job cleaning all parts of our home. We would highly recommend cleaning fairy for anyone…
Karla and team did a great job, Michelle is always quick to respond and professional! Thank you!
Carina was fantastic, super sweet and very efficient. Also really great with my cat! The apartment is cleaner now then it has ever been!
Siany arrived right on time and was quick and thorough (and stayed masked the whole time, which I appreciated). All the sticky spots on the kitchen floor from my dogs spilling their food were gone, and the house smelled great afterwards -- not chemical but nice and clean.
Deneth Howard was wonderful!!!!! this ladies are just the best
Needed to schedule a cleaning last minute as we were moving out. They're online website makes scheduling and choosing the cleaning very easy. They also emailed and texted to let me know that details as well as to confirm the day and time. They were also very responsive when I had questions and were thorough and…
On time, professional and the place looks amazing!!! Gracias, Aris Yalitza Reyes Gonzales!!
Team Jackelin came and cleaned my house while we were trying to finish up our moving process. I called and they were able to fit me in the next day! I'm so thankful for them and how great the house looked! I've never seen it that clean. They were super kind and professional. Will be using them in the future
Shout out to Monica Garcia and her team! Very professional. Our house looks amazing. Highly recommend!
Getting a quote and scheduling was extremely easy, and Jhewel was so prompt in her communication. The cleaning crew did a fantastic job with my move out clean - my apartment looked practically new after, and the whole process was very smooth from start to finish. This is a minority and woman owned business that I am very happy to support!
Karla Munoz and team did a fantastic job on my house. Specifically i want to call out the deep cleaning that was done in my townhouse. Oven, fridge, and cabinet clean outs were add ons i definitely recommend. My oven looks brand friggin new! After two days i still have not found a missed spot. They even cleaned…
I have used Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy for just over a year and I am very pleased with my experience. Everyone on the team is so friendly and kind! My husband and I are both busy professionals and as such we do not stay on top of cleaning our apartment. Seattle Green Cleaning has made our apartment bearable by…
A shout out to Jackelin Montoya Flores and her team, who have now come and cleaned our apartment twice and done a fabulous job both times. I signed up for a bi-weekly service as a birthday present to my wife and, per recommendation, went for a deep clean initially and a standard thereafter. While our apartment…
Really great. Polite, efficient, and very thorough. Thank you!
The team is very friendly and thorough. They often go the extra mile to clean areas I didn’t even think of. I couldn’t be happier.
Team Siany Rodriguez did a great job and were really nice to work with. They were thorough, efficient and did all the little nice touches that made me feel taken care of.
I had Team Aris Reyes Gonzales come clean my home and she did an excellent job. Great value, really thorough, and very nice! I really appreciated their awesome communication as well.
I used them to prepare a house for sale. They did an emaculate and amazing job! They more than exceeded my expectations and I was very impressed with my specific team Siany Rodriguez. The communication throughout the process was very professional and very quick response time. I would definitely use them again.
Yanet Sosa Mendoza was professional, thorough and friendly. I would be happy to have her back again.
Siany left our house spotless and shining. She cleaned absolutely every inch and was so pleasant to interact with. We weren’t sure if we wanted to spend the extra money for the deep cleaning but are so happy we did. We definitely will book again.
I used this company to clean my fully moved-out apartment. My cleaners name was Elvia Galeana, and would highly recommend her. I actually was not there for the service, so I let my cleaner in remotely into the building, was in full contact with management along the way with very clear details for payment. I used…
I have used team Jacqueline twice. Once for a standard cleaning. The second time for a deep moving cleaning. Jacqueline and her team were amazing both times. I so appreciate their positive attitude
Did a fantastic job cleaning my house! Great customer service as well.
Jacqueline's team has been doing a great job with the monthly cleaning. The tubs/showers, toilets, sinks, oven, microwave, surfaces, etc are sparkling clean and the floors get vacuumed/mopped as well without cutting corners. They are punctual, kind, and trustworthy. Michelle who books the times is incredibly responsive and accommodating.
Wonderful and super thorough!
We worked with Team Xiomara and absolutely recommend hiring them if you are in need of some help! They were super lovely and easy to work with and had incredible attention to detail. Everything is sparkling and I am already looking forward to our next appointment. I also love that you directly Venmo your team and…
