I took my car to a different mechanic first. It sounded too expensive, so I brought it to Service Masters and their price for the exact same issue was $1000 cheaper.
Service Masters has friendly competent employees that do not overcharge or add excess repairs. I highly recommend them. I will continue bringing them my business.

I've been using Service Masters about 1.5 years for general maintenance and a couple of repairs. The customer service from Dustin and Justin is great. I really like having an ongoing relationship with a mechanic shop now, rather than dealing with a different service advisor each time at the dealer. Great communication, quality of work and speed the repair was done. Had an exhaust system problem that needed to be fixed to pass inspection to get vehicle registered. These guys are amazing! I finally found a mechanic that I can trust to do good work and they don’t over charge. They take the time to answer all your questions and even take you out to the shop and show you what is going on. Family owned and they treat you right and don’t push unnecessary work on you. I’ve been going there for a 2 years for both vehicles. Will definitely keep coming back.
