David came out and identified the issue with my car the very same day I contacted him (within a few hours even) and had my car fixed the next (business) day.
Not only that, but since he came to my home to work on the car, I didn't have to drop it off and coordinate a way to get home (we only have one car)
To top it off, his pricing was better than the tire shop that we had previously used, and more thorough: he addressed not just the symptom, but also the issue causing the symptom (that the tire shop seems to have overlooked).
For reference, he replaced our alternator, and the gasket above it that was leaking oil on the old alternator, and the serpentine belt tensioner that was starting to get loose.
Literally better in every way from the previous experiences we've had in car repairs. 100% recommend.
