It's never easy dealing with 46" of water on one's finished basement and mechanical room, but Servpro was beyond fantastic about keeping us posted regarding their arrival time and scope, keeping in touch, and following up (not to mention great, thorough work!). Eric, our project manager, was a godsend. A rare blend of efficiency and bedside manner.
