Extremely prompt in response and always kept me inform of the plan. Additionally employed multiple techniques to try and save my floors and get them dry after water damage. Edwin was extremely easy to work with as well and kept me well informed.

Our basement needed water remediation and Servpro was excellent! They sent Alex out immediately to take photos and get us a quote. He promptly answered the questions we had about our quote and they got us on their schedule quickly. The men who came were extremely friendly, professional, and got the job done all…
Servpro came in and dealt with our mold problems in our church. Because of the great degree of mold experienced, we were not permitted to enter the church. Servpro cleaned all surfaces, removed furniture and equipment to a central location and sealed those items. Then they went about the task of completing through…

We had a water pressure pump blow in our finished basement late in the evening, spraying water over a large area before I discovered it and got the water shut off. ServPro helped me at a time I was despondent - I had a sewer backup in my house and I was so traumatized I didn’t know what to do. I called them and within an hour their techs were at my house. They calmed me down (first) and then completely cleaned the disaster. It was a serious hazmat situation and their techs…

Servpro of Society Hill came out to my house to handle a water damage in my home that started in my 2nd floor master bathroom and went all the way down to my basement. Lennon was my technician from start to finish. He made sure my wife, kids and myself were safe and executed the job perfectly from start to finish.…
We had water damage from an unknown source and Servpro was sent out by our insurance company. Eric performed the mitigation and found the source of the leak almost immediately and was very professional throughout the process. Luckily our leak was minor but I believe Eric would have been ready for any problem.

During a bathroom remodel, water supply line was damaged and flooded our 2nd and 1st floors with extensive damage behind the walls. Called SERPRO, the rep was responsive and showed up same day. Very professional employees that responded out. Did everything they could to make the process run smooth.
This is the second time I've worked with SERVPRO. In 2008, I suffered a house fire. And three weeks ago I needed a sewage cleanup. Lennon offered outstanding service. He had excellent communication skills and provided thorough service. My basement was spotless after they were finished. I wholeheartedly recommend…
Jerome was a huge help!
It's never easy dealing with 46" of water on one's finished basement and mechanical room, but Servpro was beyond fantastic about keeping us posted regarding their arrival time and scope, keeping in touch, and following up (not to mention great, thorough work!). Eric, our project manager, was a godsend. A rare blend of efficiency and bedside manner.
Thanks Cletus for all your help. Water was flooding my basement and he went above and beyond to cleanup the water, find the source of the leak and clean the area of the odor.
