Very quick and courteous communication. Got back to me ASAP even after normal business hours. Eliminated the mice issue in our house and set up pet safe/wildlife safe bait stations outside our house.

We crawled into the crawl space under the house as well as the exterior of the house and he explained what we were seeing and how we could address the problem. He gave us options and did not do any type of hard selling, which made me appreciate his services even more. He explained everything and its associated costs. We really liked his approach and his service and I would highly recommend Side by Side if you have a mice problem like we had.

We had had rodent issues for close to two years, and we had gone to another pest control company that overcharged us without any resolution (plus follow up charges via a subscription service we were never told about). We called Side By Side, and they came quickly (within two days, which is unheard of for other pest control services scheduling). Brian and one of his colleagues did an incredibly thorough job and, importantly, talked me through everything they did and why they were doing it. So far since their service, we have had the first reprieve from mice in years. Side By Side will certainly continue to have our business going forward!
Was feeling discouraged after having an exterminator come out twice to my house and tell me they were “stumped” on how I was still hearing mice. Found Brian’s company online and he was here within the week. He was super thorough, scanned the walls, scoped the holes, pretty much immediately found the problem the other company missed. I can finally sleep tonight without the stress of an unsolved mouse problem. Highly recommend!
