Side by Side Pest Control, LLC

We have used Brian with Side by Side 3 times now, and have been very happy. We originally heard something large climbing onto our roof during the night. Brian came out and let us know it was raccoons. He treated our roof, the tree that was used for access, and gave us advice on how to trim our trees to prevent… Read full review

Brian was able to come deal with our rodent problem within a day of our request. He is always so polite and professional. We have previously been stuck under a contract with Saela, and after that experience, working with someone like Brian is a breath of fresh air.

I’ve had a mouse problem for years and tried to resolve it myself with varying degrees of “success” several times. This year was the last straw with how active they were. Brian returned my call right away and his assistant Caleb, was out in a couple days. He communicated a change to our appointment, which I was… Read full review

Brian is such a nice and pleasant person. He was prompt and worked on multiple issues while continuing to interact with me. I highly recommend Brian for any kind of “critter” problems one might have. Such a good guy!

Brian and team helped me remove a pesky raccoon from my yard that was digging in my grass. The process is simple and he worked until he got the rascal. Would definitely recommend in the future. After the raccoon at my home, I used his service to help remove a rabbit infiltration at my commercial HVAC yard. He added… Read full review

I was hearing noises in my ceiling and was afraid of what it might be. I called Brian who came right away, was very courteous and professional. He found holes where "something" got in but he covered the holes and we haven't had any problems. He is guaranteeing his work and will come back within the guaranteed dates for free if I need him to.

Brian does a great job for the food bank of the Rockies. He comes through weekly does a very thorough inspection!

SIDE BY SIDE DID A GREAT JOB HELPING OUR COMPANY WITH OUR INDOOR RODENT PROBLEN AND GETTING IT UNDER CONTROL.

We had a raccoon family in our attic that did not want to leave. Eventually Brian was able to get them out using several tactics. He also sealed up the area where they were coming in. He was always very responsive and had great communication. Hopefully we do not have any issues like this again, but if we did I would call Brian.

Very conscientious.

My wife and I noticed a pretty large rodent infestation and we shopped around a few places and landed on Side by Side because they don't require some months long contract and Brian was responsive and got back to me right away! Brian showed up as soon as was convenient for me to and I have to say that being so… Read full review

My tenants informed me of a mice problem earlier this week and when I called Brian, the owner, to take of the problem he was adamant on doing the job properly. So much so that he wanted to wait on being hired as to ensure that the weather permits him the environment to be able to perform his service correctly. Big… Read full review
