My visit to the Silverado Beverly Place community was an unforgettable experience. Isaac and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and the residents were all well taken care of. The facility was spotless and very well maintained. There were plenty of fun activities for the residents to partake in at all hours of the day. Overall excellent!!!

Words cannot adequately express my family's gratitude for Ms. Stephanie Brynjolfson at Silverado Beverly Place.
One year ago, after 13 agonizing months of working with a placement agency and getting nowhere, our family was at a breaking point. My father’s dementia had progressed to severe psychosis. He was wandering off in the middle of the night, my brother had to quit his job to keep him safe, and emergency services were offering no real help. Between endless hours spent trying to get answers from Medi-Cal, cold-calling facilities all over LA, and searching online, there was absolutely no end in sight. Feeling hopeless, I called Silverado Beverly Place. Stephanie answered the phone.
Even after it became clear that Silverado’s out-of-pocket costs were beyond our family’s budget, Stephanie did something I had not encountered with all the other facilities I had spoken with for over a year prior to that call. She did not brush me off. Instead of ending the call, she stopped, listened, and treated us with deep empathy and dignity. She said "tell me about your dad", she asked about my dad's specific medical details, his needs, his symptoms, and insurance status. She then personally put together a targeted list of alternative facilities that would accept his insurance, with pros and cons for each.
One of those recommendations turned out to have a male bed immediately available, and happened to be a top-tier locked memory care facility just a short drive from my brother’s house.
Because of Stephanie’s selflessness, one year later, my dad is safe and well cared for, my brother was able to return to work, and our family got our lives back. We are able to visit him regularly. This review is long overdue. Today I am taking the time to share my experience. Ms. Brynjolfson gained absolutely nothing financially by helping us. She did it purely out of compassion. By the end of the call, I told her that I could hear in her voice how much she truly cared.
If this is the standard of integrity, heart, and leadership Stephanie brings to Silverado Beverly Place, anyone placing a loved one in her facility’s care is in the absolute best hands possible.
Thank you, Stephanie, from the bottom of our hearts. We have never met you, but please know that your extraordinary kindness and willingness to spend all this time to help a stranger on the phone has changed our lives.

Every single person we’ve encountered on the staff has been incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. That kindness has extended not only to my stepmother, but also to my father, who has been navigating the emotional and overwhelming process of finding the right place for her care. The compassion and support they’ve shown him has made an enormous difference during a very difficult time.
We are deeply grateful that we found Silverado. Knowing that my stepmother is in a place where she is understood, respected, and cared for so thoughtfully gives our entire family peace of mind. Visited a family member here for the first time. He had nothing but nice things to say about the staff and how they’ve taken care of him.
