Kolby was professional, explained what needed to happen, the process, what he found, what he was going to need to do to try to break up the clog in the pipe. He was at 21 feet beyond the opening…
Skooters Plumbing is my only go-to for any kind of plumbing issues. They are excellent at their job. Pleasant and polite. They leave the area cleaned and sanitized when possible. When needed, they go out of their way to get things done regardless of time of day.
Skooters Plumbing went above and beyond the meaning of customer service. The toilet I needed was an off size and Skooters went and got another and put it in even though it was much later in the day. I recommend them completely.
The two gentlemen that swung by were friendly, courteous and efficient. They happened to come by when it was raining and were very conscientious of their muddy shoes and not making a mess. They were in and out, but made sure to check that I was satisfied before leaving.
Shooter’s Plumbing was great to work with and did an amazing job!! They were able to install a new toilet for us and we will definitely be using them again for any of our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!
