At this visit, Sarah covered my grays, which were growing out of my dyed black hair (level 1). She mixed a few dyes together to achieve a level 2.5 -3. My color is fantastic! She also added the Olaplex treatment to keep my hair healthy. I got a wonderful blow dry. Very satisfied!

Sarah did a great job for this out of towner in desperate need of color and a cut. She was the only one there today and had a full schedule. I think you need more stylists. She had to turn away several people while i was there because she couldn't accomodate walk ins by herself.

First picture colors and cut I asked for. Specially said I don't like it on ends like a bob I want chunky looking as in the picture. I got nothing I wanted. Sarah. Where is the mocha colors? The lady who did my hair was below average. Needs to learn to shampoo and wash the scalp. I have long hair. She was pulling, tugging, and tearing my hair, rather than using a pick to get to the tangled areas. I said "ouch" a couple of times and she let up but then the tugging would happen again on and off.
The most pleasant visit to Greeneville Smartsyle that I've had!! Very pleased.
