Since moving to Prosper several years ago, Smartway has helped a couple of times; first a refrigerator, second a DW. Both times, the repairman were promptly scheduled and showed up at the appointed time. Knowledgable and professional, the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed.
Called in the morning, got a technician at our home before noon. Alex the service tech was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Returned the next day with req'd new part, as promised, and i stalled it quickly and efficiently. Will use these folks again, as needed, no question!
