Our dryer had stopped drying and kept saying check vent. Since my husband works out of town I needed help! They also allow you to pay online…

Our dryer wouldn't turn on. We called Smartway Appliance Repair and Olga scheduled us appointment for Edward to come out on a Saturday, within 48 hours of our call. Edward diagnosed the problem with the switch inside the door, in about 15 minutes. The one that stops the drum turning when the door opens. A…

Prompt, friendly and fixed the problem quickly! Had all the parts necessary to make the repair.
I didn't want to invest in a new dryer yet so had Sasha fix the door and the heater. He doesn't upsell or any of that. He tells you like it is. My dryer no longer makes noises, it's finally heating up, and when I open it... it stops. Don't forget to tip well, he knows what he's doing. Grateful, thanks!
The repairman arrived ahead of schedule which was great. He was very efficient, cleaned up, let me know what the problem was, and repaired the dryer quickly. He let me know the price beforehand and was courteous. He even checked up the next day to make sure the dryer was functioning well. Overall, it was a great experience!

Mike did a great job, followed up with the scheduling, was quick to diagnose the problem, order parts, and complete the repair. He even sent me a text message over the weekend to make sure everything was working. I'll call him the next time I need another repair.
This is the second time we have used Smartway Appliance Repair. Once for the dryer and once for the air conditioner. We used them because they did not overcharge just to come to the house to make a diagnosis. Both times, they have found the problem and fixed both problems for a very reasonable amount. They are…

Great company, fast service. I had a problem with my dryer. Alex the technician showed up on time. We've had Smartway Appliance Repair over to our house several times for various appliance issues, and they've never let us down. The techs are professional, polite, and very efficient. And given the nature of our most recent repair, the price was definitely worth it. Highly recommend them.
I found Smart Way Appliance from Yelp, had never done that before. Phone call answered promptly, appointment made for the same day (the day after Thanksgiving).
