Honest, great advice and hard working
I had an issue with LG Fridge dispenser. The water and ice dispenser would not stop. Called SmartWay appliance repair. Edward showed on time, gave me a quote and after I agreed fixed the issue. Would recommend SmartWay appliance repair if you have an appliance issue.
When our refrigerator went out, we called Smartway upon a recommendation from a family member. Ross came out same day and worked on the fridge a couple of hours. He got the fridge working and charged us a reasonable fee. He was knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. We will use them again and highly recommend them!

I’ve had Smartway out a couple of times to fix a couple of refrigerators and both times have been great! Techs quickly found small issues which were easily repaired (dirty coil and a bad fan). Highly recommend these guys!

Since moving to Prosper several years ago, Smartway has helped a couple of times; first a refrigerator, second a DW. Both times, the repairman were promptly scheduled and showed up at the appointed time. Knowledgable and professional, the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed.

Completely rebuilt refrigeration unit on our 20 year old Custom built in Northland refrigerator freezer. Professional and we have our 🤞 crossed that it will go 20 more years. While not inexpensive it saved over $8,000. If we had to replace the unit with a current model.

My LG refrigerator went out right before new years LG couldn’t get anyone out until 1/05. I was able to make an appointment with Smartway earlier than other places Alex came out and quickly repaired my freezer fan and cleaned out the coils. Sasha was my repairman. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He kept me informed of what he was doing. He cleaned up after he was finished. I especially liked that he brought a vacuum cleaner in to clean the area under my fridge—did not expect that at all. I would request Sasha again as my repairman.
