I have used Smartway multiple times over the years (starting in 2021) and they are consistently good and provide fast and excellent service. They are prompt, honest, and the repairs are high quality. To date, I have never had to call back for the same issue/ or a bad repair.

Alex came out and was able to diagnose the problem. He went above and beyond to solve the problem in a timely manner. I definitely will call Smartway if we experience any appliance problems and ask for Alex.

Yahor came to fix a leak in my fridge. After fixing the filter we believed that was the only issue, however we still had a leak the next morning.
