Fixed our Mayer washing machine. The technician was prompt, friendly and helpful. Smartway’s pricing is very fair… You only pay parts and labor for the part that fixed the appliance, not everything that was tried up to that point. I will be using them again.

Ross was very efficient at diagnosing, finding the best solution, and ultimately fixing the dishwasher and washing machine problems we had and extending the life of those appliances. He was respectful and professional in everything he did. He definitely earned our business.
