Ross helped us with repairing our washer. He ordered the part we needed for a great price and promptly got our washer back working. We will definitely use Smartway again they helped us in the past also. Great service! Thanks, Ross.
Fixed our Mayer washing machine. The technician was prompt, friendly and helpful. Smartway’s pricing is very fair… You only pay parts and labor for the part that fixed the appliance, not everything that was tried up to that point. I will be using them again.
The technician showed up when he was supposed to and repaired my washing machine in an acceptable amount of time.
Ross was very efficient at diagnosing, finding the best solution, and ultimately fixing the dishwasher and washing machine problems we had and extending the life of those appliances. He was respectful and professional in everything he did. He definitely earned our business.
Great service and reasonably priced. Used multiple times over the last few years, always professional, always resolved quickly. Highly recommend.
Alex was excellent, very professional and knew what he was doing, he bought the part and fixed it right away.
Knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Washer works great and got through the toughest load of bathmats and towels with no "unbalanced" problem.
Requested service at 10 AM and the job was done by 3 PM on the same day.
Great company and prompt service. Our washing machine control board went out Friday of a holiday weekend. Edward was able to come over same-day to diagnose the issue and repaired the machine the following day. Edward was great to work with and charges a fair price for the service. He even texted us the next day to…
Professional, fair prices, and quick repair! We would use this company again for sure!
Edward was on time and got the washing machine up and running quickly.
Sasha came to our home timely, diagnosed our problem quickly and gave us reasonable options for repair. Once parts were available, the repair was completed timely and effectively. Will use SmartWay again!
Great customer service!! Stan arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. He didn’t have the needed part on him so he had to come back the following day. Again, on time and replaced the part. Machine working perfectly. Would highly recommend SmartWay.

Alex was so friendly, prompt and easy to work with for our oven hinge repair. We had just moved from out of state and wasn’t able to cook Christmas dinner without having to hold the door shut. Thankful to have spoken to Smartway after calling several unhelpful businesses! I’m so happy for their help during the…
Wonderful Company My washer stopped working 2 days before Christmas and I just knew I would need to replace my 10+ year washer. A friend suggested I search Yelp and I found Smart Way Appliance Repair with great reviews. Their website is wonderful listing an amazing service fee of $65, for a washer, to analyze the…
I have used Smartway multiple times over the years (starting in 2021) and they are consistently good and provide fast and excellent service. They are prompt, honest, and the repairs are high quality. To date, I have never had to call back for the same issue/ or a bad repair.
My washing machine broke like 4 days before Christmas and i called thinking they wouldnt be able to fit me in until after the holidays. Stan came out the same day i called and even came out the very next day to fix it! The whole shabang was about $300 dollars compared to other places who jack the prices up. Stan did…

Sasha arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with our washer, and had the worn-out part ordered quickly. He came back next day to replace it and our clothes washer is working perfectly again. I recently had the pleasure of having Sasha from Smartway Appliance Repair come out to fix our washing machine, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. Our washer had been refusing to complete a cycle due to a faulty door lock, and after some thorough troubleshooting, Sasha also discovered that the…
We can't say enough about the fine work done by Smartway Appliance Repair and their team. For the third time in as many years, we were treated kindly and with respect, Yevgen is a real gentleman. It's also worth noting that a part wasn't needed for the quoted repair and our price was lowered to reflect the savings.…
