When it came to the filters, he barely glanced at them. He didn't even bother to remove them to check their condition.…

I'm very disappointed with the inspection service I received from Smith Environmental Solutions. The inspector rushed through the entire process and clearly wasn't interested in doing a proper job. When it came to the filters, he barely glanced at them. He didn't even bother to remove them to check their condition. How would he know the state of condition without actually looking? The whole inspection felt like he was just going through the motions to check boxes rather than genuinely assessing the system. I expected a thorough evaluation, but instead got someone who seemed eager to finish as quickly as possible and move on. If you're looking for a company that takes their work seriously and provides detailed, accurate inspections, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.
