So Zach from Smith Thompson HVAC visited our home today for the annual maintenance visit. Awesome personality. Very good communicator. Detailed and through. Documented the work, took his time and was patient while explaining his observations. He and ST HVAC will be visiting our home in spring. 😊
Dillon with Smith Thompson was here for my semiannual system maintenance. He thoroughly checked everything and made sure the heating system was operating properly. He was punctual, incredibly polite, and professional, and he documented his work and made helpful recommendations. I’m very pleased with the service.

Today, I had an issue with HVAC system. It was not cooling properly. William provided exceptional service. He needed to add some coolant. The system is cooling the house again. Thank you, Smith-Thompson for always providing wonderful services and amazing technicians.

I get regular HVAC inspections at a great price because I have an alarm system with the same company. Zach performed a heating system inspection today.
