Juan showed up for the appointment on time. He proceeded to diagnose our AC system. He was able to determine that the AC was working fine but the drain line was clogged. He spent considerable time in making sure that the drain line was unclogged. Even to the extent of removing and cleaning the p-trap that the drain line feeds into.
Lemuel did a thorough tune-up and some repair work on our HVAC system. He’s technically excellent and clearly knows his trade inside and out. He took the time to explain each issue and the recommended fix in a way that was easy to understand — patient, knowledgeable, and great at diagnosing problems. Highly recommend!

He did a great job diagnosing the problem. I wasn’t happy with the price. The price of this part is discussed a lot on Next Door. It is a cheap part with easy installation. He did check the outside unit and told me that both AC’s were working well.

My system is running good before he came so he could not diagnose the system for the cause so he checked for Freon and other things that might cause the problem. Still a good service from him for what he supposed to do and we paid fee for service call.
