I was very pleased with the service provided by Smith-Thompson and especially enjoyed Margarito as my install supervisor. He and his team provided very friendly and professional service. Dave Weiss was also exceptional and worked hard to provide outstanding service to me. I will certainly and happily recommend…
Very professional and done in a timely manner with good communication.
From the jump, Smith Thompson excelled. A/C replacement is expensive, frustrating, and worrisome, but every step eased all of that. From Cody coming out for the estimate- very knowledgeable and transparent with his quote, to the installers, RJ and Jacob-polite, respectful of my house, and efficient! They were…
Fantastic install job from RJ & Jacob at Smith Thompson. It took a little longer than I was predicting, but that was obviously because they put so much care into the final work. I had an A/C replacement done 4 years ago, so I have a good comparison point. The level of detail and extra work they did on this install…

RJ and Jacob just finished the install of a new Lennox system and they did an amazing job. They took the time to show and explain everything on the sytem. RJ and Jacob did a great job installing our new A/C and furnace. Their attention to detail was evident, as was their desire to make sure any questions were answered. We won't hesitate to use them again.
Great experience. Professional. Prompt. Efficient. Good communication. Highly recommend for AC!
Cody was very professional, answered all my questions without making me feel uncomfortable or ignorant. We found tons of issues with the original install of my old unit that he will address at install. The price was right within budget and could see the investment of putting the variable speed Lennox in my home. RJ…
Both of the installers did exceptional work! They were honest, very knowledgeable and worked extremely hard installing the hvac system and outdoor ac unit. The hvac was very old and difficult to remove. They thoroughly explained how to use the digital key pad and how to connect it to wifi and the app. The level of…
Outstanding Service from Start to Finish I couldn't be happier with my experience with Smith Thompson HVAC. I called at 9:00 AM, and within about three hours, Juan was at my house diagnosing the issue. He quickly identified the problem and clearly explained my options, especially considering my HVAC system was…
I’m pregnant and have a toddler at home and my AC stopped working and it’s July. I looked at several different companies and Smith Thompson offered the best equipment best price and best service. They came out next day to evaluate and got out to replace everything as soon as I made a decision. The installation guys…
The Tech for our AC tuneup and check was absolutely great! Personable and professional. We welcome him back.

Arrived early. Solid exam of current ststem issues & multiple HVAC options. Thorough analysis & detail oriented. Very satisfied with Cody & STHAC ! Edit - Rj and install team handled my new Carrier HVAC 2-stage system install in very rainy conditions as top professionals. They took their time, made clean/prepped…

The service was done professionally exceeding expectations. Install team communicated the process well and kept me up to date all during the work day. They cleaned up the area very well, walked me through the new equipment and gave me thorough instructions on its operation and maintenance. Could not have asked for a better experience
Emanuel was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful in identifying what was wrong with our air conditioner and explaining our options for repair or replacement. I felt so comfortable moving forward with Smith Thompson’s quote because of Emanuel’s professionalism.
