Zach arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the issue. He went over the solution and provided an estimate to resolve the issue with a stuck primary drain pan. As a courtsey he removed all the water from the pan and leveled it.
We scheduled a tune up to make sure our system is operating well. Carson was on time, provided detailed feedback on our system, and the pricing was fair for the service. He even had detailed pictures after the service. We have been using Smith Thompson for our pest control and now we will be heating and cooling customers as well!
