Smith Thompson Heating & Air Conditioning Dallas

Emmanuel was such a help! He went above & beyond & made me feel very comfortable. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, kind-hearted, & trustworthy. And he got the job done!! 💯🤩👏🏻

Noel was very nice. He completed installing surge protectors on the central heat unit and the air conditioner. Very professional. He also provided photos of the installations. Thank you.

So Zach from Smith Thompson HVAC visited our home today for the annual maintenance visit. Awesome personality. Very good communicator. Detailed and through. Documented the work, took his time and was patient while explaining his observations. He and ST HVAC will be visiting our home in spring. 😊

Dillon with Smith Thompson was here for my semiannual system maintenance. He thoroughly checked everything and made sure the heating system was operating properly. He was punctual, incredibly polite, and professional, and he documented his work and made helpful recommendations. I’m very pleased with the service.

Zach was very thorough, knowledgable and helpful. We would definitely refer him to friends and family.

First time to use this branch but we have used security service for 29 years & history with the company has been good.
