Work was on time, the fix was very comprehensive and the cleanup after the restoration was very good. This was the second time we asked for their support and both time the work was Good. The previous time was a chimney flue clean out a number of years ago.
I had Smoke Stacks repair my lannon stone chimney and replace the chimney cap. Since the chimney was taken apart down to the roof a water proofing layer was added. The work was meticulously completed, the craftsmen were personable and answered questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Smoke Stacks for repair work.
Very thorough and straight-forward inspection and estimate. No extra, hidden fees/charges. Work was performed as specified. Jobsite was cleaned up well. Very pleased with the work performed.
They were great, I was haveing a new roof put on and needed work done before that and Kurt made that happen 👍 ( i think they moved other customers around to get me in) every body was so great, always keep me Informed and the 2 guys who came out, were so nice and very knowledgeable, there price was also very fair.…
I was very happy with how everything came out. The crew was professional and clean. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because I never received a confirmation of the scheduled date. Not a big deal. I would recommend them and use them again if needed.
