An angry cat started peeing on a spot of my carpet making the entire upstairs smell awful even after he stopped peeing there. 45 minutes of carpet cleaning later and the smell is gone and the carpets look amazing. Couldn’t be happier.
GREAT SERVICE, GREAT JOB! Respectful, time efficient, quality work. The care of the work is so impressive and greatly appreciated. Have used before and will use again!
This is the 3rd time I have used Sno - King. They have always done a good service for our Family. I highly recommend them. Good Work and price are just right for me
They were thorough, professional, and the results look good.
Kyle and his staff that came to clean our carpets were very professional, friendly and flexible in working around large objects in our building. And our carpets look great!
The technician, Alex, was efficient, professional and communicated well regarding what he was doing. We've used Alex and SnoKing multiple times in our Kirkland home and have been very pleased every time.
Kyle and Alex were the epitome of knowledgable and professional. The estimate was transparent and fairly priced. The work was outstanding. An ugly stain in one of the rooms was completely removed (which I honestly thought wouldn't come out). Great work, great guys, great company. I highly recommend Sno-King!
Sno-King has cleaned the carpets in our condo for nine years and has cleaned the carpets in our lobbies for the last few years. They arrive when they say they will and always do a good job. The technicians are professional and very nice. It's a pleasure doing business with this company!
Alex was awesome! He walked me through every step of the process to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. He was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend Sno-King Quality Cleaning!
I have worked with Sno-king for the past few years and they are hands down the best company in the area. Service is done correctly, technicians are pleasant, and there is a huge level of accountability from the top down to ensure each job is done with care. As a property management company we run into some serious…
This was our first time using Sno-King Quality Cleaning. We had a 5 star experience with our technician, Alex. He explained everything he could do for our carpets and then cleaned the carpets expertly. The drying time was considerably faster than expected. Alex was polite, professional, thorough and delivered as…
I cannot say enough good things sno-king quality cleaning for your carpet cleaning! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. What truly impressed me was their attention to detail. They didn’t just do a quick once-over — they carefully treated high-traffic areas, stubborn…
Our first time using Sno-King and could not be happier. It was easy to book the appointment and our estimate was on point. We had regular texts before the appointment and a call day of confirming timing. Alex was personable and efficient. He also did great work and explained the process clearly. We will use Sno-King again without hesitation!
Alex has been cleaning my carpet and upholstery for over 5 years. Having dogs and kids, I consider him a sort of "magician." He's the best and no other cleaning company will do.
Great experience working with Sno-King! I've had them out before and I was glad to get them back. My chairs were looking rough, like my kids forgot we had napkins, and were stained up pretty good. I had also been dealing with some stinky pet stains, thanks to the rain, I couldn't get my little dog to go out. I made…
great service
Sno King is always polite, quick to respond, works us into the schedule and does excellent work.
Alex was polite, punctual, friendly, and thorough. We are in a 3rd floor condo and don't have easy access to a hose, but he was able to clean my carpets very well with a portable unit. I'll definitely use Sno-King again.
Sno-King did a great job. They really provide a good value for the money. My technician worked quickly and efficiently, and shared some good info as well. I appreciated the he even called me ahead of time, to ask it was OK to come over earlier than planned, since he was running early. Of course! I will use Sno King again in the future for sure.
These guys are great! My technician Alex was awesome, very responsive and helpful. Got the job done quickly and effectively. Their prices are fair and their crews are well trained. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get their carepts cleaned!
Jason was great; honest and upfront. The work was pro. Got the stains out and got some great advice as well! Thanks!
Wonderful service -- and the carpets look like new.
They have earned their 5 star rating. Honest and professional as well as great service. They have the tools to get it done right the first time.
Wanted to get the carpets cleaned for the rainy season and they rocked it! Very pleased with refreshed bedrooms, stairs, and game room carpet. Perfect for the kiddos who are always on the floor. Very reasonable pricing! We will be using them again in the spring.
Alex was very professional, thorough and did a great job! I would use them again without hesitation.
The technician came when he said he would, was professional and cheerful and did an excellent job. In addition to carpet, he also cleaned two hearths and a tile area near the door.
Alex did an amazing job cleaning our very dirty white carpet! Friendly, professional, great value for great service!
The best carpet cleaning I have EVER HAD. Just outstanding! You will not find anyone better in my experience!! The attention to detail both during the cleaning was great. Not only did the carpet look like new Alex the technician was careful to ensure that the equipment (hoses etc) used did not damage any part of the house away from the carpet.
The owner Kyle, is very responsive, very accommodating when scheduling. Alex, texted when he was on his way, was on time, was very authoritative about the carpets and the process. He worked up an estimate with various options. He worked very quickly, thoroughly, neatly, and the results were wonderful. Clean, odor-free, and dried very quickly.
Had ~1200 sq ft of my carpets cleaned two months ago by Andrew, who was great. The original tech had a last minute emergency so my original appointment was cancelled, but they managed to shuffle things around and come the next day, which was highly appreciated. However, after the cleaning, an area the size of 2…
Our experience with this company was great from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and great with communicating. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company deserves to be acknowledged for their work. Thank you!
Andrew arrived on time and was extremely professional. He was very thorough in his explanation of services, and throughout the quoting process. Overall, I was very happy with the carpet cleaning and spot treatment, Andrew did a great job. Will use again, and highly recommend to anyone who is looking to have their carpets cleaned.
First time user of Sno-King. Very professional from start to finish. Quote matched the final invoice. Totally loved the corner protectors that kept the hoses from damaging any walls. 10-year old carpet looks amazing!
I would recommend this company to anyone needing carpets cleaned. Very responsive and respectful. Also the price is very reasonable.
Alex Thompson was my tech and he was amazing. Super nice and very professional. Did an AMAZING job. I have a dog and even with that carpets feels so fresh and smells great.
Friendly, easy to work with, and did a great job!
We have used Alex at Sno King several times in our home. Are carpets are over 10 years old and he does an incredible job making them look almost new. We also have dogs and cats and he is able to remove their odors and stains along with water stains. We are on a yearly maintenance program. I definitely recommend this company. We won’t use anyone else.
Jason did an amazing job cleaning our carpet. He was on time, polite, and explained to us the whole process before he began. I feel safe with Jason working in my home. Price was reasonable, and Jason was 100% transparent about costs of every single type of charge. I love working with Lauren to schedule my carpet…
One day while away at work, our not so small dog had a series of not so small accidents on our tan carpet. We tried to remove the stains a few times with our little home carpet shampooer thingy, but it could not lift a number of stains. Alex from Sno-King showed up with his CIS flashlight and felt confident he…
This company is great. Definitely the only company I will ever use. Alex did an amazing job on all the carpet and furniture and was so kind. 10/10
Jason arrived promptly and explained the entire process. I added a room and he provided a quote before he started. My carpets were already in great shape but needed a deep cleaning and he was able to remove the very few stains I did have. Excellent job and very professional!
The entire team was courteous and prompt. The tech, Andrew, was early to our appointment, he worked quickly but diligently, explained everything he was doing, and even took the time to put fans in my office to dry it faster so I could get back to work. Cost was a little more than I've paid with the other guys, but we'll worth it.
They cleaned a WELL loved couch and I am amazed at how it came out. Looks great and cost was very reasonable. We will be back!
Andrew cleaned all our carpeted areas and our shower wonderfully! Our little artist left both makeup stains and purple slime-making glue on parts of the carpet and he did a great job treating those areas. The service time was quick and Andrew was super friendly. I highly recommend!
My carpet looks great, especially since it hadn't been cleaned in 4 years. There was some grease marks, a large coffee stain, some various pet residue. It looks great! Plus the folks at Sno-King, including their technician, are nice and good communicators about the work.
Highly recommended. I've hired SnoKing twice now. first time for my house to sell, 2nd time for the house we bought. SnoKing was on time, communicative, and the most customer caring company that I would recommend without reservation. On top of fair and accurate quote, high quality service, the crew came onsite…
A great company! We have used them several times and their work is always excellent and their rate is fair. Highly recommended.
Very timely! We needed a cleaning performed with short notice and Kyle called me back right away. Very professional and transparent!
Excellent work, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was very satisfied with the result. Highly recommend!
I have used this company in the past and when I bought my new home they immediately came to mind. The previous homeowner had a pet and I do as well. So pet odors, as well as knowing the number of people that had viewed the house during a pandemic, sanitation was also an area of concern. They gladly listened to what…
We hired this company to clean our carpets in three rooms. The arrived on time, measured the rooms in question, gave me a quote, offered upsell options, did the work quickly and well. We had some bad spots from our dog throwing up and these were greatly reduced. These were old and dark so I didn't expect them to…
I would highly recommend this company. They cleaned my office commercial carpet and hard surfaces which take heavy traffic. They also cleaned my carpets at my house. Great option for commercial or residential. They were responsive and got us scheduled quickly. They were efficient, professional and did a great job!…
Kyle goes above any beyond ensuring only the best tools/processes/procedures are being used. He and his team are responsive, flexible and easy to work with. Would highly recommend him to anyone considering his services.
I have had work done from Sno-King Carpets multiple times. Kyle is very knowledgeable of his profession. The difference between Sno-King Carpets and competitors is their attention to detail and how quickly the carpet dries. They have my business for life. Thank you.
Have used Sno-King several times, Kyle and his team always deliver.
Had them clean and sanitize our whole church. Great work! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great price and they guarantee satisfaction. After cleaning our carpets I saw a white dust whenever I moved furniture around. I asked them about this and they told me how to solve the problem--a quick vacuum was all that…
