Fabio and team did a fantastic job cleaning 2 couches, an area rug, and 6 performance fabric chairs for us. With young kids and some coffee stains, our furniture looks and smells like new again! Thank you!!
Fabio P. Was very professional and polite. I will definitely be calling him back to do my other two rooms.
Fabio and his team did an amazing job on our large area rugs. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional and very respectful of our house. I really can’t say enough about this team, they don’t disappoint.

They did a wonderful job! They were very helpful over the phone and were very understanding with scheduling. Highly recommend!
Very reasonable and excellent cleaning.
They answered our message on a Sunday and although they could not help us out immediately, they were able to fit us in the very next day! Because we are in property management and we come across the unexpected the quick and efficient service is essential to us and are very grateful. Thank you!
It was my first time using Fabio and not disappointed. They got things nice and clean but something they did that I’ve never had done before was they bring in heavy duty Fans that dry things really well and fast. They cleaned our hardwoods and I was concerned what that looks like and those fans made it dry fast so no worries!
Great service!! Carpets and area rugs cleaned in 2,800 sq ft. house. Upholstered sofa and chairs cleaned. Grout cleaned on 3 bathroom floors. Very professional. Arrived on time and gave an estimate of time to complete the job. They did not rush and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use them again and refer to family and friends.
Soap and steam carpet did an amazing job at my house. They were able to restore ann area rug that had countless stains and TONS of pet fur. It looks as good as new. The staff is nice, professional, and reliable. I would use them again and highly recommend them to friends and family.
Fabio does a great job. He cleaned my couch, ottomans, chair, and rug for a reasonable price and they look great. He's a great choice for steam cleaning.

We chose Soap & Steam because on their website they indicated that they specialized in removing pet stains from carpeting. Fabio came today and seems to have done an excellent job. Highly recommend!
Service was amazing. Not only did they get the odor and years of stains out, but they were easy to book without having to wait for days, and got the service done pretty quickly so we weren't having to be out of our house all day.
