Great job cleaning a smoke-filled chair. Really nice guys!
I called Soap and Steam on Monday- they answered right away- asked them if they could come same week- and they were like, “absolutely!” My couch is over 13 years old, cream-colored, and has survived children, dogs, and life. I’m so impressed with the job they did- it looks incredible. I also had six cream dining…

Very quick and efficient for 4 couches and 2 carpeted bedrooms! Everything was thoroughly cleaned
So happy with our decision to hire Soap and Steam Carpet Cleaning! The team was professional and wore booties in the house. We had our sofa done and it looks brand new! THANK YOU!!
Fantastic work!
It was my first time using Fabio and not disappointed. They got things nice and clean but something they did that I’ve never had done before was they bring in heavy duty Fans that dry things really well and fast. They cleaned our hardwoods and I was concerned what that looks like and those fans made it dry fast so no worries!
Great service!! Carpets and area rugs cleaned in 2,800 sq ft. house. Upholstered sofa and chairs cleaned. Grout cleaned on 3 bathroom floors. Very professional. Arrived on time and gave an estimate of time to complete the job. They did not rush and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use them again and refer to family and friends.
Fabio does a great job. He cleaned my couch, ottomans, chair, and rug for a reasonable price and they look great. He's a great choice for steam cleaning.
I wanted to have my couch deep cleaned after I noticed the dustiness increase after a couple years of regular use. I was concerned about allergens. Fabio did a great job cleaning our couch! It got very dirty and hairy after we fostered 2 puppies. I found the price competitive to a bigger company we had used previously plus he didn't try to push extra services. We also were not required to give the couch a thorough vacuum before cleaning as he took care of all…
Drew from Soap & Steam was professional and quick. Anyone can clean their upholstery but it takes patience and care to get the job done and he displayed that along with the professional outcome of having my couch set looking appealing without even sitting in it. Amazing job and would recommend to anyone

Super impressed with the work, happy to be able to make online appointments, and the billing technology via invoice to email for Apple Pay or automatic phone card input was definitely 👌 (and appreciated his patience as I scrambled to get everything off the floor b/c I forgot).
We had a couch that needed cleaning. There was 5 years of food, animal, and well used dirt that Fabio said he could address. He worked on it about an hour and showed us the finished product. It looks almost like new. Fabio was extremely pleasant, timely and knowledgeable about his products. I would highly recommend…

Fantastic job on our carpeting and couch!! On time and efficient, and so much cleaner.
Fabio was responsive when I submitted my initial requests and provided updates on his arrival time. He was on time and courteous. He was careful with my walls and floors. There was no water or debris left on the floor when he left, and the couch he cleaned looks and smells very clean. The price was also very reasonable.
