Nick did a terrific job assessing our carpet cleaning needs and then went about cleaning them. The worst parts were in front of our sofas where we sit with shoes on (shoes that had walked on asphalt all day). Nick did some extra pre-treating in those areas and they were about 98% back to new condition. We are very…
Nick is a good and honest man. Arrived on time, methodically planned the work on our 2-story 2600SF house of carpet and porcelin tile floors and cleaned up when he finished. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product.

From scheduling with Julia to Trevin's on time arrival, simply outstanding communication, service, and attention to detail! Efficient, friendly and professional. Hands down the best steam clean company in San Diego!
End results of cleaning some decades old carpets were better than expected, the cleaner himself was prompt, polite, personable, and careful (I have a skittish indoor only cat he worked around nicely), and the company was easy to work with logistically and no surpises on the final prices. Highly recommeneded.

Thank you Nick for doing such a great job very nice gentleman.
He did an abysmal job. The sofa and chairs were still filthy. He was unable to get the stains out of the carpet. He did not even attempt to clean the undersurface of the sofa cushions and hoped I wouldn’t notice. This is all documented with photographs. I should have paid more attention immediately after the job…

Josh was able to clean our carpet so well and they look brand new! I just knew we would have to replace them, but opted to try and clean them before replacing! Josh thank you for doing such a great job
