Kind of embarrassed to be sharing how terrible our couch looked before but I was extremely impressed with the work George did! He was professional, informative, cleanly and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Please note these are BEFORE and after photos if it’s not already obvious.

We have been customers of SoCal Steam Clean & Carpet Cleaning since 2020 and have stayed with them since. It's super easy to book an appointment with them since they already have a record of all our rooms/upholsteries that they have serviced in the past. Taro did an amazingly good job cleaning our carpet and chairs. We are extremely happy he came to our house today. It’s a pleasure having Taro come to our house.
George was great to work with! We have some fabric that is difficult to clean, and he found a solution to clean one of our headboards/bed frames. I would highly recommend Socal Steam, and I will be requesting George in the future. We had two headboard/bed frames that were cleaned and a large sectional sofa. All…
Easy to book and great experience with scheduler Christine and our cleaning pro Taro was prompt, efficient, thorough and friendly. For the price, we feel like our 10 yr old furniture looks new again. So worth it and keeping them on speed dial.
George came out to steam clean my white sectional, and he did an incredible job. Trevin did an OUTSTANDING JOB cleaning my sofa. Had a competitor come in before (on coupon) terrible job. Socal came in removed the residue from previous cleaning & had it looking near new. NO COMPARISON
On time, great communication, carpet looked amazing - and the dirt removed from the dining chairs was crazy! Highly recommend! Used them a few years ago also, and now remember why. Won't use anyone else! George was awesome!
Our experience, start to finish, was extremely positive. Phone contact, estimate and job were all very clear in cost, timing and communication. We're very pleased with the outcome of our cleaning service. The technician, George, who did both the initial estimate as well as the actual cleaning, was very polite,…
We had George come out to clean a large sectional. He offered to do a spot clean to show me what I could expect before committing to the full cleaning, which I really appreciated. James was here this afternoon to clean our carpets and to clean the tile at the front entrance. He is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough and is a very good communicator. I highly recommend this company; we have used them twice a year for many years now. Thanks a million James!
Our SEVEN year old beige fabric couch and love seat look brand NEW for $195 fee for 2 big pieces of furniture. It was extremely dirty. I had hired another company who did a horrible job two years ago and all stains were still there so I was reluctant to hire another professional. I am glad I took the risk with them…
He did an abysmal job. The sofa and chairs were still filthy. He was unable to get the stains out of the carpet. He did not even attempt to clean the undersurface of the sofa cushions and hoped I wouldn’t notice. This is all documented with photographs. I should have paid more attention immediately after the job…
Everything was perfect as always!
Nick was my technician and he did an amazing job! Second time he's cleaned our house carpets. He showed up on time, super professional, took the time to clean everything to a high standard. I’ll definitely be using this company again in the future.

Thank you James and Socal Steam for being professional and efficient. Our carpets, floor and couch are like new again.
I don't usually write reviews but I had such a good experience with their technician (Taro) that I felt compelled to write a review and let them know how good of job he did with my couch, chair, and car seats. He was professional, personable, and really accommodating. Will be requesting their cleaning again.

Super friendly and got the job done. Thank you so much!
Very thorough
Had a great experience with Chris and am very happy with the results of my carpet, rug and couch. Quick, professional and good work.
On time and very professional. You can always get someone on the phone and they did call to confirm the appt. As a busy mom, the best part was the exact arrival time provided rather than an extended arrival window.
The man who came out and completed my carpet s was AMAZING! Very professional and got there on time. He explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions. My carpet looks great and my chair (I had that cleaned too) looks practically new!! I will definitely keep using this business!!

Great company and great service!
I have had carpet/flooring/upholstery cleaning performed by many different companies over the years. SoCal Steam Clean has by far done the best job. They were highly professional from the first point of contact all the way through performing the work and then the clean-up after completion. My floors, couch and…
Great communication and availability. Arrived as scheduled, and Trevin was friendly and efficient. Our sectional looks fantastic. I wasn’t home and a friend didn’t know our accent pillows were supposed to be included and put them off to the side. When I called, they scheduled Trevin to come back the next day at…
Professional and friendly! Great company - definitely recommend !
Just used this service for the first time (after the company used for many years went out of business). I was extremely impressed with their professionalism throughout the entire experience from booking to completion of services, the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. Our sectional looks good…
Josh is very professional and got our furniture steamed quickly while taking great care of the fragile finish on our floors. Really appreciate him!
Josh arrived on time and I got reminders by email and phone, which were helpful. He did a great job, very thorough, and in cleaning my furniture extended it's life in my home. I was thinking of getting rid of it, but it looks so much better I think I'll keep it around.
I hired Steam Clean to clean a sofa and my stairs and hallway. The sofa's upholstery is a micro suede and was rather worn in places. Trevin, the associate , was concerned it may not clean properly, and it may be left streaked. I told him to go ahead and clean it, as it couldn't look worse than it already did. We…
Socal Steam Clean is an amazing business! My sofa and area rug were thoroughly cleaned today by Trevin with Socal Steam Clean. The work was done thoroughly. The end result was impeccable. I had both items cleaned previously by another company and there was virtually no visible difference whatsoever. In addition,…
This is my fifth time having SoCal Steam Clean freshen up my dwelling. I have two very old dogs and things were getting especially "unfresh" after the long winter lock down. My place is now clean and more inviting. All in all very good work and excellent value.

SoCal Steam Clean is the ABSOLUTE BEST carpet cleaning company out there. We have tried several here in San Diego and I can tell you, these guys are second to none. SoCal Steam Clean was great to work with from understanding all of the available services and the friendly appointment reminders. I initially needed area rugs cleaned, but I also got my outdoor dining and lounging furniture a much needed cleaning. Josh worked diligently and was mindful of my time. My rug and…
Responsive. They even had a cancellation and called to ask if they can come earlier, which I was fine with. He explained which items he can clean and which he could not clean (and why).
They did a wonderful job with cleaning the couch and rugs and carpets. Wonderful service.
