Sam jumped right in to get things set up. Nick added a huge amount of day to day support for me at the transition and initial weeks post-conversion as well as a few months later when we added a 401k component to the company.
Being a small business usually means you have to do everything because no service providers want to deal with the small fish.
Solex made me feel like the big fish even if I am still in a small pond.

I have been with Selex for maybe 5 or 6 years now. I have been very grateful for the service I have received. I did switch from one of the huge national companies for payroll. Unfortunately, the previous company was not handling my business' quarterly payments to the state properly, leaving me with penalty fees and leaving me alone to "fix" it. (This happened more than once.) Once I switched to Solex, not only did they assist me with correcting the previous errors with the state, but any little question I have, they are always quick to assist me. I have other friends and family who use Solex for their businesses as well. Can't speak more highly of my experiences thus far.
