Very poor experience. The pricing was extremely high, and the service was nowhere near worth the amount charged. The work quality, communication, and customer service were all disappointing. I felt overcharged and would not use this company again.

These guys are great, I called on a holiday at around 2pm and they were able to get Tony, the technician to my establishment by 6pm. He came in, assessed the problem and was able to resolve the issue with a new opener in less than an hour or so. Very reasonable with the price and I would definitely recommend for any repairs or installation. Thanks again guys.

We had an excellent experience with SOS Garage Door Repair in Brooklyn. Our building’s parking garage door had major issues with the main spring system, and the team replaced the entire spring setup professionally and efficiently. They also repaired the garage door track, replaced the bottom bracket, and installed a brand new garage door opener. Everything is now working smoothly and quietly. The technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. You can really tell they care about doing quality work, not just rushing the job.
Thank you for your support
