Dj and the team did a great job with the stereo install and took the time with me to go over all the features when I picked it up. Highly recommend sound source!

I visited Sound Source because the Only Car audio installer in my small town of Jackson, WY Was not acceptable Or proficient. I was referred to their shop by an inside sales rep of mine So I drove a couple hours each way to Receive knowledgeable information and excellent service from a family owned business. As a small business owner myself (home audio) I was Pleasantly treated, from the family owned staff, with respect and great Customer Service. They were knowledgeable both, my vehicles and they also specialize in home audio as well. I would highly recommend them for components, service and Installation for mobile and home electronics without hesitation.

I’ve been using a Bluetooth FM transmitter for years now and finally got tired of it. Reached out thru email to set up an appointment to get a Bluetooth unit in my vehicle, He told me to pop in and he’ll go over options with me, DJ was super helpful and super friendly, he was very insightful in selecting the best options for my car and we were quickly able to find a good match for my price range, and also my car.
In my emails he was very quick to respond as we went back and fourth, in my last email before actually going into the store I had asked him if he could give me a rough estimate on pricing for what I’m looking for, this email he took a few days to respond which was the only email with a slower response, this was no issue because I figured I’d just find out in person. The day before going into he reached back out, gave me pricing and apologized for the delay. When I actually got in there and he helped me make my selections, he totaled out the price for me, and even knocked $30 off my total because he took a few days to get back to on me on that one email.
I opted to just wait in the store for them to install the unit, they said it might take a few hours which was no issue for me, infact it only took about an hour before they finished which was much faster than I thought.
DJ was super friendly and even offered to put a movie on for me while I wait! After only an hour my car was ready to go and I am super happy with this unit. Amazing hospitality, great service, and very helpful in finding the best option for me.
I would highly recommend them if you are in need of home audio installation, car audio installation, or any other service that they may offer. Extremely happy with the service and the new audio unit in my car!
