Customers frequently cite quick turnaround times, friendly staff, and fair pricing for window tinting services, with many noting that technicians explained the process and warranty details clearly. The business maintains a high rating, largely driven by positive experiences with the quality of the installation and efficient service. However, lower-rated reviews highlight issues with inconsistent phone communication, unexpected price increases, and instances of vehicle damage or bubbles that were not promptly resolved.

Granted, my vehicle is a typical Honda Civic and I had just gotten it detailed to save them some time. They were very detailed on how their services work and what to expect during and after the tinting process. Also very well priced compared to others. People were always guessing waaay more on the price based on their experiences with others and congratulated me on how it looks and the price I paid for it. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for window tint services

The tint came out great. I had the old tint removed because it was bubbling and had it replaced. It gave my 2017 vehicle new life. I have used a different shop before and sometimes the service makes a whole lot of difference. The technician at the Downey location is a chill guy who likes to chat and answer any questions you have. He was a real pleasure. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name but he is the only technician at the Downey location. I will send others to this shop any time I am asked where I got my windows tinted. Thanks.
Thank you, Gustavo. We really appreciate your kind words. We're thrilled the new tint gave your 2017 vehicle new life and that our Downey technician made the experience so pleasant. We will share your feedback with him and the team, and we appreciate you recommending us to others.
