Hi Thomas, what could we have done better to earn 5 stars?
I was home and I saw Timothy spraying our house. He did great pulling back into our long driveway, and not running over our grass (where everyone else does) I could not tell if he got the chimneys above yet I could tell the hose pressure can reach up there so I hope so. I also could see he did spray the sheds, which is on the instructions to do so, and I have been here to see the tech doing them in the past. So I give him a thumbs up!

Spider Control Inc. is the best pest control and management company in the metro Detroit area. My family has used them for years and I would highly recommend! Friendly, prompt, and affordable!

After being a loyal customer since the 1980’s, I could not get an appointment for 5 days when overrun with ants in my kitchen. I had a treatment that didn’t work and when I called back I was told to wait two weeks and let the treatment work. It didn’t work, I called back and was told that I would have to wait another 5 days, they had no available technicians. I called Greenix and they are coming out this afternoon. A real shame to not be served by a company I was loyal to for decades. L

Ant treatments can sometimes require additional time, as the initial application does not always reach the queen. We offered a complimentary callback to address the ongoing activity, but unfortunately, our winter staffing schedule limited technician availability until Monday. We understand that waiting was frustrating, especially after being a loyal customer for so many decades. We’re truly sorry we couldn’t provide service sooner, and we appreciate your feedback.
