We have not been seen here. Tried making an appointment 2 wks ago, someone took down our insurance info and saidthey will get back with us and nothing. I called again to book an appointment and our insurance still has not been verified even though we got the facilities info from our insurance providers list. I guess…

I used to go here to see Dr Chris (Nguyen?), he was amazing. I'd seen others in the office and was less-than-impressed. Chris disappeared and the office refused to tell me where he went. I've yet to find Dr Chris, but I have found treatment elsewhere.

I guess they do not need the business, so dont go here. Poor customer service from the staff. I was also told that the person verifying has not been in but there should not just be only 1 person doing it.. its been 2wks someone can pick up the task for the office right? So the buck stops there?!? I feel bad for those patients that really needed to be seen. 🤷🏻♀️ All I got is a "sorry".

Sorry to hear this Rinna, my insurance coordinator just lost her mom and has been out for a couple/few weeks and we just got another employee back after family emergency. I will look into this.

This place is very nice. I just started going to seeing Dr. Giessman. And just after my first visit, my back started feeling better. Staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place. I'm definitely going back for more visits.
