These folks restored my wool shag rug from the 1960s, and brought out colors that I hadn't even seen before! It was about 10 lb lighter too. It looks great. The price much lower than I expected as well.

We had Springer out to clean our sectional. Based on the tag we thought it could only be cleaned a certain way. Bernie honored the request. When finished, he took the time to investigate the fabric further as he wasn't pleased with the results and suggested another cleaning process. As he was out of time for our scheduled appointment, he offered to come out the next morning and perform the second cleaning, only charging us for what was originally quoted. After the second cleaning, the sectional look GREAT! Based on this experience I couldn't recommend them more. Bernie is passionate about his profession and it reflects positively on the company!

Bernie was just so great to talk to. I needed our carpet cleaned asap in order to put our house on the market. He swooped in and took on the job! And wow did he do an excellent job! The carpet looks amazing and it had been through a LOT. I highly recommend Springer Floor Care.
