Clear pricing without surprises of add-ons. Love no hassle, honest pricing from a carpet cleaning company. I had a newer employee but he seemed well trained and did a nice job.

Excellent service & communication; always does a great job cleaning my carpets!
Great job cleaning carpets and hardwood floors!
First time using Springer and we were very satisfied. We needed an urgent cleaning due to a pool table delivery. We called 5+ Googled company's and had many coupons. Springer worked us in the same day due to the circumstances. Price was equal if not better. The kicker was Bernie, our new carpet guy, he actually had passion and extra work effort.
Great experience! Wonderful technicians...kind and courteous. Top quality work on our carpets and tile floors! Very grateful. Thank you!
Danny and Tamara are amazing! I wasn't completely happy with my chair cleaning and Danny specifically came back to make sure it was right. He also made sure he was the one to clean my carpets for me. I have had area rugs cleaned, a chair and carpets. They all look great! Thank you!
Our carpenter were really dirty and they came out looking almost brand new. Bernie did a great job and we’ll definitely use them again.

Bernie was very nice and professional. He called to let me know he was running a little late. He was only 5-10 minutes late. He went right to work and was done in about an hour. The carpet all through the apartment looks great and smells very nice. I'm very happy with Springer Floor Care!
I will know more about how the carpet looks after it is dry and vacuumed again..
