We celebrated my daughter’s 6th birthday here. The staff was phenomenal. They took care of everything from the moment we arrived. They engaged with the kids and made the party so special. I would definitely come back for another party in the future.

Had my daughter’s 10th birthday party here and she loved it. It was so cute and stress free the crew took care of everything!
I had my daughter’s birthday party here a few years ago and it was great. I remember it being a little tricky to book, but the girls had so much fun that I overlooked that when I contacted them to book her 9th birthday party on 10/31/25. In the last text I received it said I was confirmed and they received my deposit and they would contact me the week of the party to confirm. I hadn’t heard from them so today, Friday, 11/21/25, I texted to confirm at 2:30 pm. After giving them a couple of hours, I called at 4:30 pm and left a message, and then followed up again via text at that time and have texted two more times into the evening tonight. I run a small business as well and client communication is extremely important to me. I will make sure every mom I know, including our guests’ parents, know that this place does not confirm parties. I am going to call when they open at 11 am on Saturday, 11/22, the day of our party, but am extremely nervous that no one has reached out to my messages or called me. I recognize that I could have reached out yesterday (Thursday), but I just remembered on Friday afternoon that no one had reached out to me. This is extremely unprofessional and not good business practice. Screenshots attached of confirmation of booking and then no communication after that.

Nails done so sloppy and when the girls were doing karaoke you would think that the workers would be like oh good job that was great. No, they were on their phones! And make was so bad.
