After my husband was there for almost a week I feel comfortable he was taken care of. I would suggest they leave the tv on for him during the day because he likes watching it. After checking in on him after a few days it was not on. I would also suggest they send him home with a clean shave and showered. I would take him back again.

Administration professionalism lacks. Didn't follow up and follow through. Was lied to. I do not recommend this facility. A lot of things have changed with how things are ran here. Very disappointed.

The staff was always very helpful and kind. The facility was very clean. Lots of activities for the clients. My husband fell twice in one day and had to go to St Elizabeth’s. If he needed to go for rehab he would want to go there again. .

The therapists pushed just the right amount to stretch you to better health all while being exceptionally cheerful. The nurses treated me like family with kindness and compassion even when I was sick and grumpy! The cooks made us very flavorful meals with variety and depth of flavor….i can’t think of a place I would rather rehab in!!! Shout out to the 2 CNAs that took such fabulous care of me…..Thank you Lucilla and Julia!!!!

DESPICABLE! It has taken me about three years to post this. My mother already scared of being left in facility nursing homes was sent here from St. Judes hospital. She had trouble walking and used a walker but she went in for assisted because she had needed some procedures done and wasn't well to be home. The very same night she came here after talking to all her kids telling us she had her Christmas money and when she out she want to go shopping. I get called that she got up herself (do not believe this she needed assistance to be balanced for her walker setting) and had a stroke. When we went to get her things my mom's purse was open her belongings spread everywhere NO MONEY TO BE FOUND THAT SHE JUST TOLD YS SHE HAD ON HER EARLIER. the staff and management team were horrible and blamed my mom taking it and she the one who took everything out her purse on the bed. My mom was a heavy set women she would have to stand up, with perfect balance to empty her purse on the bed! Anywho, she passed away that same year never made it to Christmas and we never got anything from this place or nothing resolved. Please consider the honest one star post our trauma is real.

I fell and fractured my hip requiring a hip replacement. I was discharged to St. Elizabeth for rehabilitation. I admittedly was a bit shocked when I first arrived. I mean it is a skilled nursing facility. But almost immediately I was greeted and welcomed. Alondra, my nurse was amazing from the start. She was prepared and had read up on me prior to my arrival. She and the CNA’s were so warm and accommodating to me. I was not in the best mood. They were responsive to my needs.
Needing more space I was moved to a larger room as soon as one was available. The PT and OT, Chris, Elaine and Miriam are amazing. I was trained to use my body to safely move and walk. Mariam taught me to use all the assistive devices to get dressed and have independence.
The food was very good. I could tell it was prepared by a person. I looked forward to every meal. My CNA’s were always there for anything I needed. Particularly, Christine on the 3-11 shift and Melissa who worked the night shift.
I want to deeply thank Chase for all his assistance and Austin for his amazing attention to detail and the environment he creates that results in a very well run facility.
I do not ever want to need the service of a SNF but if I do, you can be sure I will request to stay at St. Elizabeth. It was a wonderful stay and my recovery in large part is due to the therapy and care I received.. Thank you.
I would be remiss if I did not personally thank and share the amazing SSD Arlene Bello. Arlene is a dynamic example of social service, not to mention a very good person. She heard me. That goes a long way when you are in a bed and relinquish control. She handled my anxiety and put me at ease with an exuberance and spirit that I needed as I lay there. Being a Veteran and having PTSD, I
am easily triggered. Arlene put me at ease. Bottom line, I was able to focus on my rehabilitation while she handled the insurance and the next steps. I discharged home and all the pieces have come together. I am on a full road to recovery and I am able to focus on me. Why, because Arlene cared enough to ensure I was clear and understood all the challenges I would face.
Thanks is not enough to express my feelings . Keep her and keep up the great work.

Dear St. Elizabeth Skilled Nursing Facility Team,
Having a staff that provides constant attention and genuine care is of the utmost importance to our family, especially given the challenges of rehabilitation for our 94-year-old mother, Aida. We are writing to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional care she received at your facility in Fullerton.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to Jay in Physical Therapy for his excellent attention to detail. His diligent tracking of the additional days required for her stay ensured she could safely transfer from her bed to a wheelchair with the assistance of only one CNA. When our mother arrived a month ago, she was unable to stand or walk, and her progress has been remarkable.
We were also very impressed by the medical care meeting provided for our family. It was well-organized, with up-to-date lab work and clear documentation that allowed us to easily understand her medical progress.
Additionally, social workers Elvie and Ana, along with Bianca, Alejandra, and Renee from administration, were outstanding resources. They kept our family consistently informed and made the discharge process seamless.
Our special gratitude goes to the housekeeping team (Gloria and Julio), the CNAs (Mayra and Alma), and the nursing staff. They kept the facility immaculately clean and welcoming, while ensuring our mother was comfortable, cared for, and able to participate in daily activities.
Finally, we want to thank the dining staff for providing nutritious, high-quality meals and for being so accommodating to her dietary preferences. St. Elizabeth felt like a safe, comfortable home away from home thanks to your friendly personnel.
Thank you all for everything you do.
Best regards,
Patty Arana
