Jeremiah is the best, his attention to detail and pride in his work are obvious. I had my couch cleaned my tile floors cleaned, and my carpets cleaned and they all came out beautiful.
Do not hesitate To get Stanley steamer out to your house!! I had never used Stanley Steemer before, and have now had them twice. I guess because I know it’s a nationwide company, I thought service might be not very personalized. Boy, was I wrong. Our local SS company sent out two of the nicest, most professional…
Francisco and Chris were very knowledgeable and personable… came in got right to the tasks at hand ! Great representatives for Stanley Steamer!! A rare but welcome duo to be sure. When our rugs are returned we will schedule an appt for our Living Room sofa and we will request Francisco and Chris for our appointment. Thanks Jerry and Tricia Gray
I’ve used Stanley Steamer many times and have always been pleased. The gentlemen who came to pick up my rug failed to text me their estimated time but I was home. I know my rug will come back all clean and looking great.
Had Stanley Steemer come back to clean my carpet, sectional and 2 area rugs which they took with them to really get them cleaned. Both technicians were courteous and knowledgeable about their jobs. Everything looks great and smells clean. I will probably have them back at another time to help keep my home as clean as possible.

Jamal is an excellent technician. Beautiful job on the area rugs! Highly recommend.
Today’s cleaning crew were EXCELLENT! They were fast, efficient Professional. They got all of the stains off of my Light stone colored sofa.. And made my carpet look brand new. I will ask for this crew every time we use Stanley Steemer . They were outstanding.
This was my third interaction with Francisco and Chris. They are an amazing team and are both knowledgeable and detail oriented! I will definitely be reaching out to Stanley Steamer and requesting the two of them for any and all interior cleaning and floor projects.
So many issues, so many mistakes over the past two years. I'm no longer a loyal customer of 15 years. Why? 1) In-home cleaning leaves rugs smelling stinky like mildew. 2) Having rugs cleaned at their facility results in the rugs smelling strongly of old man's cologne,l. 3) Forgetting to return some of our rugs that…
I had an area rug and ottoman cleaned Great job
Purchased previously owned home and had the dryer duct, air ducts and floors cleaned. What a huge improvement they made. They moved everything at my direction and moved it all back once ready. They were so good had them power wash the garage and that now shines. Feels like a new home. Both guys first class professionals.
Our carpets and rugs have gathered dust, grime and pet stains over the years. We have tried different types and brands of commercially-available cleaning solutions to no avail, and to our utter frustration. We knew we had to get professional help because guests were staying with us in the next several weeks. We are…

This is at least the third time I use Stanley Steemer. Wonderful, hard working and responsible people. I’m very happy with their work
I paid extra for grout sealer. The grout wasn’t clean when they left. I used a household cleaner and an old toothbrush and the dirty grout came clean right after they left. I should have waited to see if the grout was clean before contracting for the sealer. Not worth the money!
The team also cleaned the kitchen tile floor, Old floor came out very good.
Both technicians were excellent. Very professional, organized, and quick but very nice work. Definitely will use again. I had my outside furniture cleaned and protected and then I had the area rugs cleaned and deodorized.
Area rugs, carpet and tile cleaning . Both techs were personable, friendly and efficient. But the carpet in two rooms is still dirty after they left (see photo). MAYBE there is a difference between “general cleaning” and “steam cleaning” but no one mentioned a difference until I see a separate categories in this…

Update: they came out and fixed the chair it looks great. Both guys were great. I have Oriental rugs out to the shop. I have one problem with the Velvet chair I need to talk to them about. There are lines going different directions that the cleaning tool left but I can't brush them out.

These guys were top-notch. They didn't waste any time we went through the procedure. They told me which rooms were going to be done in order so that I could get my dog's transferred from the last room to the lanai for the shortest time possible because the heat in Florida is quite tough. This is the 2nd time I have been disappointed. Never again. The team showed up on time, but then spent over 1/2 hour trying to access my wifi. They had no documentation before hand.
