There was a misunderstanding of the date when I changed it and they made a special accommodation to come at the end of the day because we were already set up for them and we so appreciate that! Prices fair & nice men who gave us service on rugs & our bedroom.
Very disappointed with my experience with Stanley Steemer. I hired them to clean an indoor area rug and several outdoor cushions. The spot on the rug was still there after the cleaning, and they put the outdoor cushions back on my teak furniture while they were still wet, which resulted in discoloration and staining…
The service call was for between 2-6 pm. They showed up at 2:30. And were done by 3:00. Really friendly guys. They gave my dogs lots of attention. I would definitely recommend this company.

Both service men were very professional. Explain what was going to do, ask if there was any furniture that I would like to have moved. Did an excellent job on the carpet and chair - far better than I expected. I and my mother are very very pleased. Thank you for such a wonderful job well done.
Kamel and Gerson were amazing! Punctual, kind, and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet even though it's an older berber carpet. They got stains out that I thought were completely set in and unable to be removed. I can't recommend them enough.
Francesco and Chris of Stanley Steemer were extremely conscientious of the work they performed. They actually chose NOT to clean one area rug in particular after doing a thorough materials search and ascertaining one of the component fibers would more than likely result in shrinkage from steam cleaning. The…

The three star review had nothing to do with the amazing guys that did the job. Apparently it’s a new company rule. They can’t move Anything but really tiny items. That was very disappointing. The workers were good, they did a nice job however I have a problem with pricing. Newer homes do not have defined rooms. They have living spaces with different types of furniture dividing the areas.
