Do not hesitate To get Stanley steamer out to your house!! I had never used Stanley Steemer before, and have now had them twice. I haven’t had my carpets cleaned in many years. I’m always wary of looking at adds. You can’t believe what they have on their advertisements.. My neighbor told me to use Stanley Steemer. So I gave it a try. It started off great. The woman answering the phone was pleasant and very helpful. Working out what I needed…
Our carpets and rugs have gathered dust, grime and pet stains over the years. We have tried different types and brands of commercially-available cleaning solutions to no avail, and to our utter frustration. We knew we had to get professional help because guests were staying with us in the next several weeks. We are…

Just hired this professional team to steam clean my SRQ Interior Design client’s many white chairs, both indoor and outside on a huge balcony lanai, including rugs and enormous white canvas sectional. They could not have been more neat, polite, thorough, and caring. They did not leave a drop of water anywhere all…

Stanley Steemer did a great job on cleaning our furniture. Extremely respectful crew!
Staff was good- unfortunately the white $1000 rug they took away and cleaned came back with brown ‘goo’ spots and a blue mark —- they took it back …. Fingers crossed they get it cleaned!
Tyler & his assistant worked very hard & when they left it looked good. As it dried the traffic pattern became very obvirus again. When he came today he checked it over and explained why and offered to redo it but said the traffic pattern was worn & would not disappear. Rather than deal with another day of damp…

Came with very little notice. In and out very quickly. Great job.
Jeremiah and Nicholas were prompt and got started right away. The service was straight forward, seemless and well executed. I asked for cleaning for 4 rooms and deodorizing for 2 and the price was more than reasonable. The quote was dead on so you can trust the site for it's prices. Very professional, highly recommended, will use them again when needed.
Very professional.
Friendly and they knew what to do
When removing furniture and area rug found a large stain . Iwas so worried it wouldn’t come out even the technician said it had been down quite a while and to him it looked like a good coffee stain . They started cleaning the rug I went for a short walk came back and I was amazed the whole stain was completely gone

We had the 20 year old tile and grout in our hallways, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room cleaned and sealed. We also had a large walk-in shower cleaned as well. While not every particle of 20 year old grout went miraculously back to like new, I am thrilled with the results! MUCH cheaper than installing new floor…
Carpet was beyond filthy, now it looks nice again!!

The team that came out were disrespectful, unpleasant and rude. Their work wasn't great but their treatment of my family member who took time away from work to be at my home was unsettling. I do NOT feel SAFE using this company and will not use them again.

They guys did an excellent job !
Excellent service completed by professional and courteous staff.
For years I have overspent and underperformed on cleaning carpet myself. Today, instead of spending a full day, I had Lascelles Tomlinson and Eddie come to our second floor condo. They were prompt, sociable, professional and efficient. Their work was excellent and came at a surprisingly low cost.

These guys were top-notch. They didn't waste any time we went through the procedure. They told me which rooms were going to be done in order so that I could get my dog's transferred from the last room to the lanai for the shortest time possible because the heat in Florida is quite tough. They were absolutely helpful every step of the way
The team, Pete, James and Jose were great! Did a great job and very nice!

Also, scheduling online through their site was easy and I actually prefer it. I was a little nervous because I wasn’t…
Didn’t do anything for the carpets! Their cleaning and deodorizing is a joke! I ended up replacing the carpet so Stanley Steemer was a waste of time and money with technicians that just had excuses!
Thank you for very good service

The Technician was professional and polite. He worked very hard to make sure my carpets looked and smelled wonderful. When he finished, it looked like I just had new carpets installed.
Very professional and appears to be an excellent job. Had tile cleaned also and looks great
Fast, efficient, and very friendly
The worker was very nice and worked hard to get the carpet as clean as he could. The only issue is they didn't put anything under legs. We had to cut up plastic bags so we could put the furniture back in place. We moved all small pieces of furniture and tables out of the way. Don't know if it's just the difference…
Oleg was kind and respectful and did a thorough job!
They were great, did everything I wanted them to do and I apologize for my sister

They cleaned a 12 year old carpet and made it look brand new. I wasn’t expecting miracles but all the stains and spots that were there for years are now gone. We should’ve done this a long time ago
Two men arrived ready to go! Assesses area rug $ couch, added protection no fragrance, gave total cost, went to work methodically & as a team. Rug looks great, couch also even tho' many years older.
Very pleasant, thorough and organized. I think that measurements for a mat under the living room area rug were not taken. We had planned to order one. Can you do that and at the same time move our adjustable bed away from to wall so that the head can be fully lowered?
They did a great job. Moved furniture, were very pleasant , punctual and got the job done . Highly recommend them

Very professional, polite and did a great job.
excellent job performed. Technician accommodating, professional and very thorough
This is the 2nd time I have been disappointed. Never again. The team showed up on time, but then spent over 1/2 hour trying to access my wifi. They had no documentation before hand. I agreed to a $54 increase for added service but when I was presented the bill it was $125 more. During the time they were going in…
I am a first time user of Stanley Steemer and had 5 rooms cleaned. Overall, the job performed was acceptable. There are two things to be aware of though. They make an attempt to "upsale" when they first arrive. They make their available options very tempting. Options include disinfecting, deodorizing for…
Joseph was wonderful and our carpets and tiles were left sparkling clean!!!
On time. Actually, early as requested. Fair price. Did a great job.
Rug cleaning did not begin to meet my expectations. Stains are still there and high traffic areas are just as dirty. I guess rug cleaning primarily reduces pet odor rather than "cleaning." Also disappointed that furniture was not removed from the room, just pushed around. Also disappointed that entire hallway…
Jeremiah did an awesome job! He was efficient, Careful and thorough. I will request him next time !
Guys were awesome and done in no time 👍👍👍
Have been using Stanley Steemer since they have been in business. I have had the same technician Dave Metcalf, clean my carpet, as long as he has been with the company. Over the decades having different types of carpet, Dave always got the carpets looking brand new. He uses the ‘Dave’ technique! Thank you for all your years of service!
The gentlemen who cleaned the carpets and upholstery were on time, professional, courteous, and flexible when we requested an additional carpet be cleaned after they arrived. We have used them before and highly recommend their services and staff.
They showed up on time and got all the spots out of my carpet and sanatized it all in about 1 hour. Very professional
The tech was on time and nice…and quick to charge me extra for bedroom hallway and a piece of a walk-in closet. He was done in less time than it takes me to just vacuum and now that it’s dried, just about every stain that was there before he came is still there. It’s high carpet and not even horribly dirty, it just…
Fast, efficient, pleasant, but pricey.
Service by Kamal Ben Achour is just GREAT !!!!.

We live in a townhome and have carpeting on the stairs and all upstairs. We were quoted a reasonable price, we got the phone call of their ETA 20-30 minutes prior and they were efficient and very nice. They even helped us put our king size mattress in our storage closet. Would recommend because they did a great job.
Kemel helped me three years ago with carpet cleaning. He is very helpful and a good worker.
Despite thunder and rain the team was punctual and not deterred by weather. Professional - thorough and expedient - thank you!
The cleaning was very professional and thorough, and the man was friendly and helpful - going above and beyond. Thumbs up!
We had our carpets cleaned this past Saturday. Overall, the crew did a great job. My wife and I were doing things outside while the guys cleaned the carpet. We mentioned to them a couple times the area under the chair in our bedroom where the cats like to sleep and other cats things….They assured us they took care…
Jay did a wonderful job was very pleased with the service. Thank you.
