They did a great job, but the smell of wet dog didn't go away. We had already cleaned the carpet ourselves and hoped you could get the odor out. So, it was a waste of money.

These guys were top-notch. They didn't waste any time we went through the procedure. They told me which rooms were going to be done in order so that I could get my dog's transferred from the last room to the lanai for the shortest time possible because the heat in Florida is quite tough. We live in a townhome and have carpeting on the stairs and all upstairs. We were quoted a reasonable price, we got the phone call of their ETA 20-30 minutes prior and they were efficient and very nice. They even helped us put our king size mattress in our storage closet. Would recommend because they did a great job.
