Stanley steamer saved my carpet! I had initially had a different carpet cleaning company come out, and they were a dry cleaning carpet company (which i didn't realize) and I had 3 rooms, stairs and a wool rug I wanted cleaned. They did a great job getting toddler and dog related stains out of my upholstered sectional and chairs, as well as our area rug. Everything looks and smells new 😁 On time, friendly, and easy to schedule.
Just swiped over the carpet once. A mild stain on carpet that you could not see while wet. I always cleaned my own carpets which took me a day because of changing the water. Spraying protection was a joke. Was not evenly done. Just swippin only once and not going over again was ridiculous!
The guys were professional, friendly, polite, and they left premises in good order. However, they did not clean around baseboard, which was offered as an extra service. We were surprised and declined. Carpet close to baseboard and traffic ares were not cleaned to our satisfaction.
The techs were polite, productive, and active listeners to our needs. I will use Stanley Steemer again.
Cody Roach & his assistant came today & did an excellent job. Both gentlemen were very professional and friendly. I have used Cody several times and I am never disappointed.

Stanley Steemer did deep cleaning of the tile grout. The service was scheduled quickly and easily. A reminder was sent and the technicians sent a text when they were on the way. Cody was the lead technician and he was knowledgable. I had actually gotten a quote for a color seal of the grout but he said he…
I gave this business 4 stars because I absolutely loved 90% of my carpet cleaning. All my area rugs were cleaned beyond my expectations. Two out of the three carpeted rooms was done really well. However, the 3rd room, the carpet was not done to my liking. I specifically asked them if they moved my couch and…
Jason and DeAngelo did an excellent job. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. The 18yr old carpet which probably had never been cleaned looks and smells great. Thanks and well done.
