They were so friendly and did a great job!!
Excellent carpet cleaning and service after.
The guys were very nice, and I had some big stains on older carpet. I believe if the guys would have stayed longer than 25 mins I would have got a better outcome, 2 rooms , stairs and 2 landings should have taken longer than 25 mins to do a thorough job. $225 later I would have expected better
Great service technicians. Fast service and smells wonderful! Will definitely use them again in the future.
I could not be happier with my experience. James and Aaron not only showed up on time, they were personable and professional; explaining what they would be doing (cleaning, deodorizing, and raking the carpets. The 2 guys that came to do our carpets were very nice, answered all our questions. They did a great job!!
Brandon and his partner were amazing. They cleaned the carpets and tile floor in my apartment in preparation of a move out inspection. For little more than what it would cost to rent a cleaner, I have the peace of mind to know that it was done professionally and perfectly. It looks better than when I moved in!!
They were great, very good job, explained everything. Would use again.
They do a professional, thorough job. This is our second time using them.
Did a great job.
The technicians that came were friendly and professional, prompt and thorough. My apartment smells fantastic again and I am grateful for how easy and affordable it was to have this process done. My dogs are my life but sometimes they make messes and honestly you can't even tell they were here after this cleaning.
Service was 100% awesome. Nijah and Quincy arrived 1 minute earlier than projected. The call ahead of time was much appreciated. Their friendliness and professionalism was experienced throughout the job and especially to my 11 year-old grandson. He said they were “cool.” Thanks to another satisfied returning customer!

Nijah and Quincy were extremely professional and friendly, neat and tidy, moved a couple of my daughter’s things for me that I couldn’t move due to weight, and did an immaculate job — all while working very quickly and diligently. I’m very happy with their work and when we schedule the hardwood floors next, we’ll be asking for them again. Thanks guys!
This was by far the worst experience that I have had with Stanley Steamer. I usually use Stanley Steamer every 3 - 4 months for my carpet cleaning. But, this experience today has caused me to reconsider Stanley Steamer and check into other options in the future.
SS Team came on time and were very mature and business like. Did great job on carpet and made upholstery look great. Job well done.

Great people and great job WELL DONE!
They cleaned my high traffic areas and pet stained areas that I'd had trouble with. When they were done, it's like the stains were never there! I'll be a repeat customer for sure. Shout to to Nijah and Quincy, from Chattanooga, thanks guys!
Caleb and Tyler did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional. I would recommend Stanley Steemer for any carpet cleaning that anyone needs. That's my opinion.
Very good job. Carpet looks great.
Jason and Isaac came to clean, and worked steadily and very efficiently! I was pleased at the nearly new look my carpet now has. These gentlemen were kind, courteous and were far superior to any other service I have used. I will call Stanley Steemer again!
The carpet cleaning was fine. I ask then to clean a small closet off the hall they were cleaning, they said they had to charge $10.00. I was not impressed with the two small bathrooms tile floor for an additional $90.00. I thought they were going to clean the grout, no way. I think I will try another carpet cleaner next time.
Worker's wore masks, they were professional, and did a great job on my carpet. Give them a raise. 😊😊😊
By God's Grace, Wonderful
Stanley Steemer Technicians were Jason and De’Angelo
I could not have been more please. Nearest perfect you can get.
The guys were professional, friendly, polite, and they left premises in good order. However, they did not clean around baseboard, which was offered as an extra service. We were surprised and declined. Carpet close to baseboard and traffic ares were not cleaned to our satisfaction.
