Stanley steamer saved my carpet! I had initially had a different carpet cleaning company come out, and they were a dry cleaning carpet company (which i didn't realize) and I had 3 rooms, stairs and a wool rug I wanted cleaned. The end result was terrible and left my carpets and rug with the worst smell I have ever…

The technicians we're nice and did a great job on my couches and floor. On time and very knowledgeable about what they were cleaning.
Great service
Both young men were very professional and polite. Only thing was that they left water on the floor all around the couch I had to clean up. Maybe they should lay cloth down on floor before they begin.
Thank you. Very nice job

I had a steam clean of tiles and regrouting that looks great!
Good work. Friendly.
They do a professional, thorough job. This is our second time using them.
Service was 100% awesome. Nijah and Quincy arrived 1 minute earlier than projected. The call ahead of time was much appreciated. Their friendliness and professionalism was experienced throughout the job and especially to my 11 year-old grandson. He said they were “cool.” Thanks to another satisfied returning customer!
They did a great job getting toddler and dog related stains out of my upholstered sectional and chairs, as well as our area rug. Everything looks and smells new 😁 On time, friendly, and easy to schedule.
Just swiped over the carpet once. A mild stain on carpet that you could not see while wet. I always cleaned my own carpets which took me a day because of changing the water. Spraying protection was a joke. Was not evenly done. Just swippin only once and not going over again was ridiculous!
Scheduled services for the quote attached, had father house sit while I was work, and card was charged for the invoice attached. I specifically did not schedule for the deodorizer to be applied to the couches. Called Don Hogue, the franchisee owner, and refused to give credit for the deodorizer because I stated I…

The 2 employees were great. Couldn't ask for nicer guys. They did a great job!!
We moved in 2 years ago and used a competitor to clean our carpets before move-in and there there was literally no difference before and after. So, we figured we would have to live with these stains until we replaced the carpets. Fast forward to today when I hoped to get some newer stains out. I decided to call…

I'VE HAD MY CARPET CLEANED BY STANLEY STEEMER SEVERAL TIMES. HERE'S WHAT I HAVE TO SAY. IF THE NEXT TIME I CALL THEM AND THEY DON'T SEND NIJAH AND TYLER, THEN THEY BETTER NOT SHOW UP!!! THEY WERE AMAZING! HARD WORKING, RESPECTFUL AND GOING PLACES IN LIFE! I LOVED THEM AND MY CARPET AND FURNITURE HAVE NEVER BEEN CLEANER!!
Jason and Nijah (probably butchered that spelling) were excellent. Showed up early and were very professional. Will definitely use again
